I purchased a ticket, on which i was told that the price ticket went up, which of course everyone knows its their tactics to get you, but the worst part was that Reinaldo was threatening me that he couldn't cancel my purchase if i don't give him 5 starts review, plus supposedly i was getting charge a cancelation fee. Don't buy anything from them, the low prices are all a big scam.

This is a scam! DO NOT FALL FOR IT!!
I purchased two international tickets online through expertosenvuelo.com. The summary at the checkout clearly stated the prices of the flights and the amount of taxes being paid. Twenty minutes later I received a phone call saying that the seats that I had just purchased were no longer available but they had flexible dates at another price. I would have to pay around $1000 extra. I told them that I did not have flexible dates, was not interested in paying the extra money, and would like to cancel the reservation. That's when my nightmare started. The customer service lady told me that I would lose ALL my money if I canceled the reservation! I asked to talk to her supervisor and things only got worse! This gentleman, who refused to provide his name and ID, wanted to convince me to change my flight to a different date. When I refused, he offered another flight for an extra $800. I kept saying NO, that I only wanted my full refund. He kept saying that he could NOT GIVE ME MY REFUND adding explanations such as "We are prohibited by the airlines to show all the taxes", "the flight you booked has sold out", and "There's a cancellation fee of $200", he kept going on and on. When I kept saying that I was not interested and that I had purchased the ticket 20 minutes ago and all I wanted was a full refund, he went on to say "We are not here to offer CHARITY or give you GIFTS" and sarcastically asked if I could speak louder because he couldn't hear what I was saying! The disrespect, the insults, and the disregard for customer interests are something I have never seen anywhere. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!
