This site is terrible and scam!!!
This site is terrible, we booked a flight for Panama, Afterwards we got a call from a number in the USA (we live in Germany). We couldn't answer at the time. We got an email saying there is something wrong with our booking after days of trying to get back into contact with them, we finally reached them on the phone. They needed over half an where we got passed on and passed on to finally get to the problem we were having. They said the price of the flight of 483€ did not incude the taxes which were additionally 280€, we wanted to cancell the flight, because it wasn't a good flight, with several stops and for that price we could get a cheaper and better flight. They instantly got aggressive saying we cannot cancel and that the 483€ were already paid and we have to pay additional fees of 189€ too, I don't really know for what, but it would have meant almost double the original Price for Fees and Taxes. We hung up the phone to get in contact with our bank and managed to fix it. They are still spam-calling us from India. Don't book here it's total Spam, don't give them your credit card details and don't give them your number. They also started to write us from a different agency claiming we need to pay the additional fees. So I really really Recommend to stay away from this Site!!!!
