My concerns wete addressed

Every concerns were immediately addressed. Thank you, but what I did not appreciate was that when on the phone with your agent, I was not able to select my information digitally on my phone to him, he informed me that it was not an option and every one surrounding me was able to listen to my personal information such as SS# , address, etc. as your agent had requested putting my information out there is not what I call a security save procedure.

Lousey Company

Dealing with yawl has always been a nightmare. In fact, I think you’re a joke of a company. And just because I don’t have a house payment, don’t have a car payment, don’t owe any one except the everyday companies’ bills, and seldom use my credit cards; why should my credit score go down. I do pay off all my bills & my credit cards early & completely which should make me a very good credit risk. I am tired of you, TransUnion, & Equifax controlling my credit rating!

There are a lot of factors that go into the calculation of your FICO® 8 Score. The primary factors are payment history, balances on your open accounts, the average age of accounts in your report, the types (mix) of accounts, and the number of recent credit inquiries. There are usually subsets of those primary factors that are being calculated as well. Below are the factors in which the Experian® score is calculated: Payment History - 35% Amount Owed - 30% Length of Credit History - 15% New Credit - 10% Types of Credit Used - 10%. Me and Experian go way back

Me and Experian go way back, I didn't know that an identification fraud account could hurt me so much, it's been removed but I have never gotten the points they took away back. So now it's like I am 18 all over again. So freezing my account was the best thing to do.

Great product will boost your credit score for sure

I’ve used Experian boost before but I stopped using it because it had some glitches and would make me re-connect my bank account all the time I came back and the glitches have been fixed and it boosted my score 17 or so points and I couldn’t believe it I’m happy I came back

I started using Experian boost when I got my chime account last year and it works My credit is up to respectable level and soon I'll be able to get a unsecured card and rent cars too.

Im paying for the monthly subscription …

Im paying for the monthly subscription and i expected updates more often. Probably won't keep the service. I can get my score on my bank app for free

Only online rent payments made to a property management company or through a rent payment platform qualify for Boost™. (Rent payments made with cash, a money order, a personal check, or a mobile payment transfer app (like PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle) do not qualify).



Here are the most common reasons why a rent payment might not qualify for Boost™ are:

•The payment history isn’t long enough. Advise consumers to keep paying the rent, and we’ll let them know when the bill is ready to be added.

•The property management company or a data furnisher may have already reported the rent, so it’s already on the credit file.

•There is a mortgage on file, and we can only add one housing payment to Boost™.

•Rent payments made with cash, a money order, a personal check, or a mobile payment transfer app (like PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle) do not qualify.

This agency loses your data

This agency loses your data, then tries to sell you monitoring for your lost data on the dark web, while burying legally required free services behind consistent pop ups to pay. When you try to contact them for help (as a victim of their own data breach), they refuse to help you or let you talk to a representative.

Connectivity and adding bills

I have to always reconnect one of my checking accounts and adding bills is difficult. I dont understand why streaming services count but not gym membership or that I paid rent a year in advance

Please disconnect your bank completely from Boost™ by logging into your membership and going to My Profile, then the Connected Accounts tab. This will remove your bank and any self-reported accounts associated with it from your report. Then go back and re-add your bank account like you did the first time.

Experian Boost allows Experian customers with the ability to immediately add non-traditional credit information, such as your utility and mobile phone bills, to your Experian credit file.

The service you mentioned does not qualify with the necessary requirements to be taken into account. -Karen

Boost Wow…

I love having the site to go to because it did up my credit score
My only complaint is that my bank is constantly have to be reconnected, at least every other day. I would like to see some improvement with that though.

Definitely a great idea

Definitely a great idea. It has helped me ALOT. But it constantly disconnects and doesnt check for bills. So yes when it does work it helps tremendously.
