Fraudsters, Importing Illegal Phones
My LG G4 bought from them stopped working after 18 months. Their website has vanished. I contacted LG, who told me I've been sold a 'grey import' which is not covered any warranty, and cannot be fixed in the UK. They advised me to try and take it up through my bank. Can't believe this is happening, don't buy from them.
Scam. Ghost company.
Sent my Xperia Z3 back under warranty in august 2016 (6 months ago). Not refunded received, Not answer received, Their webpage is dead, Phone number is dead.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !!!!
No refund? Has the company gone.
Sent my LG G4 back under warranty, RMA says refunded but nothing received.
Had to raise a claim under section 75 with my credit card company. See what happens.
Are they dead?
Their website has now gone offline, their Facebook page has vanished. I've just sent them my defunct LG phone for repair under their "warranty"... That will probably have been the last I've seen of my phone. If they ever come back, avoid them.
Avoid!
Similar to others. LG G4 broke after a few months. Turns out non UK warranty. Sent to Expedite for repairs and now get no response to phone calls or e-mails. Suspect a very expensive learning curve to avoid sites like this as I may never see my phone again.
STAY AWAY
Ordered a mobile phone in Sept 2015, which broke in May 2016. Sent back to Expedite, who took nearly 3 months to repair it. It broke again in August, now I'm unable to submit an RMA request (web form isn't submitting it), emails are not being answered, no contact phone number on the website. I'm now left with a door stop for a mobile phone.
KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
No good company.

Horrible experience - Sold me refurbished product in new product price
I bought new Samsung Galaxy TabPro from this company before year. Once warranty got completed, I started getting batter issue. I checked with expedite and they said, warranty is over and they cannot address the problem. Then I went to private repair and upon opening the cover, found out that they had given me refurbished tablet in new tablet price. There were lot handwritten marks present on the frame, battery and cover which I am sure Samsung will never do it. Upon sending the details, they never replied back. It is fraud company and cheated me with lower quality product. I will never recommend anyone to buy any product from this company.
Poor delivery, poor communication, good refund...
I called in advance to check the item I wanted was actually in stock (Galaxy 6 Edge), they promised it was.
I ordered and waited, and waited, and waited..
Apparently it wasn't in stock and then there were unexpected delays at customs (which I have no way of knowing was true or not) so they could no longer give me an expected delivery date.. It's not obvious from their website (they advertise a UK Call Centre), but their items were shipped from Hong Kong.
I gave up waiting and cancelled the order and bought one elsewhere (which turned up the following day). 2 days later the item appeared, I rejected the courier delivery and I got a refund about 10 days later when it had made it back to Hong Kong.. So the refund experience was much better than I've had elsewhere, but getting accurate delivery out of them was painful and long-winded. I wouldn't buy from them (or anyone shipping out of Hong Kong (this is the 3rd problem I've had with similar items on different HK based sites)).. It's simply not worth the delays and lack of communications, even if the price was a bit better..
shocking!

Rubbish!
Slow delivery, not UK product as purchased, Major expense for me
I bought a Samsung S6 Edge from them just over a year ago. They were the cheapest, and a couple of bad experiences people had shared here didn't put me off..a great pity.
The phone ordered was (just after they were released) listed as Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge G9250 LTE Single SIM 64GB Black (SIM Free / Unlocked) UK" (Note the UK part!)
The phone arrived after a week or so... Not the longest delivery, but still frustrating when most people ship overnight for expensive phones.
However, despite arriving and working well, it developed a battery fault just under a year later. I contacted Samsung for guarantee, and after many emails I arranged for collection....only to be told finally when they were given the phone details that it wasn't a UK phone at all..Not even an EU one...and had been imported. As such I would need to return it to the country of origin for service. I didn't even know the country of origin since it had been sold as a UK model!
At that point I contacted Expedit, and asked for advice. After a week without even the courtesy of a reply, I had it repaired at my own expense. I will certainly never use them again.
NIGHTMARE REPAIR SERVICE
I started having problems with my LG G4 that I purchased from Expedite electronics. After discussing the issue with them, I sent the phone in for repair 2 months ago. Since then I have been emailing them regularly for updates on the status of my phone. On the 27th April I received a message that my phone was beyond repair and they would be sending a replacement. The following day I was told that the previous message was an error and that the repair on my phone has been done. I then received another message stating that despite being repaired, the phone was still having problems and was sent back to the repair centre. The repair centre decided to replace the CPU. I was told that I should understand that the repair process is QUITE LONG! They reassured me that they have PRIORITISED my case, and that they would have an estimated finish date shortly. That message was sent on the 23rd May. I phoned the call centre again on the 7th June and was told they would check on the phone. I then received a message the next day that they are waiting for a reply form the repairing centre about the status. Obviously they said they’d get back to me shortly!
I’m not really sure what to do next, apart from sharing my experience on every review site possible!
Avoid purchasing from this company at all cost!!! I definitely have learnt my lesson!
Very bad
"The item you ordered has gone out of stock, and is unlikely to come back into stock, so we are refunding your money".
Avoid this company.
Smooth Transaction Quick Delivery

Fantastic service. No boubt.
No Problems for Me
I've just purchased a LG G4 phone from Expeditelectronics. Before I made my order I was a bit concerned about some of the reviews but because I was not in a hurry for the phone and I was using PayPal I went ahead thinking if I had a problem and it takes a while to get a refund I'll live with it.
I made my order on the 5th May, received confirmation straight away and got a despatch and tracking notice on the 9th. The phone then arrived on the 10th. I've been using the phone since and had no issues with it at all.
So for me the experience was nothing but good.
Excellent, would recommend...
Bought a casio g-shock gps watch, was unsure at first after reading some reviews but found the negitive reviews to be mainly about the aftersales service. Decided to take the plunge knowing I had paypal buyer protection. Ordered watch on saturday 14th may 2016, recievied dispatch email on the 17th which included the tracking number, Tracking number didnt work for a day or so but it did state this in the email that it takes 1-2das for it to be put in the system. Watch arrived on the 20th, well packaged, brand new, all paper work, all works correctly. No complaints at all. going to order another gshock (the mudmaster) for my son in the coming week or so.
Agree with a previous review.....i wouldnt buy a mobile from them lol.
Watch arrived...so far so good!
I was looking at buying the Casio Mudmaster G Shock, prices in the UK are ridiculous, so shopping around came across a few companies with the watch around £120 cheaper than UK. I was unsure about ordering from outside the UK with a company I had no experience of, but decided to go for it I was protected by paypal - also used a discount code from the website. So watch ordered May 12th, waited for an update and had nothing by the 16th so contacted them via the website, I had a reply that order would be with me between 18th-23rd. On 19th had an update that the watch was dispatched with a Parcel Force tracking number - eventually the watch showed tracking to the UK and was delivered today on the 23rd as per the email from them. Watch arrived well packaged, no import tax etc to pay, watch was sealed and was as new included UK manual which I thought was odd?! anyway its all working, watch is brand new no problems very happy. I'm not sure reading the feedback I would be buying a mobile phone from them , but very happy with the watch and an incredible saving.
