Great quality, poor design.
Pillow was good quality. Picture itself was great, but the names were so low down on the pillow you couldn’t see them. So bulky that when laid down you could see the names but not the pictures, when propped up you could see the picture not the names. Needs a design rethink.

Great blanket, super soft and warm. I was skeptical about this buy since it is pricey, but have no regrets! all my babies in there, I show my blanket proudly to everyone who visits me. The only thing I would wish is to have the possibility to add mixed-race dogs.

Not as expected
I ordered a canvas from Excoolant as was something a bit different. I was wary of ordering from overseas but price seemed reasonable so I took a chance. Communication was good, I downloaded an app so I could track the order and realised it was coming from Shanghai and not the States...no worries. Anyway it arrived in reasonable time and I had it diverted to my local post office as I didn't expect to be home. When I picked it up it was just a jiffy bag with a tube in it..not quite the larger package I expected, turns out its just a print on canvas like material, very cute but hardly the stretched canvas I was expecting...it even says on the description " stretched over a wooden frame with hooks ready to hang". Nice enough product but false advertising and ive had to spend more money having it framed.

Disgusting product names
I used to like this site, had 3 orders from there never had an issue. However I got to shop tonight and notice the names on the products “Fat mom and pet” “2 fat dads and pets” how is this appropriate for a website! I’m disgusted!

I placed an order, but never received it. I emailed the company 3 times, with no response. This was for my sick daughter for xmas and I've wasted my money. The customer service is disgusting. Dont order from this company. They're happy to take your money but not send the order or even reply to you. This company is a scam.

Did not get order
I placed a order 1 month ago. When I emailed them all they did was send me a picture of what I could see in line. It shoes that one day the order was shipped. Then a few days later that yhe shipping g info was sent. So that was the 15th of dec. And it has not moved anywhere. We ate know on the 24th of dec. I emailed them again and they never got back to me. I am started to feel I got scared out of a quite a bit of money. It shod have e moved by now it shows in transit. Bit yet has not moved on what 10 days so uts not in transit.or it would have been in canada by jow not still in China. So up set it was a Christmas gift. That i am thinking will never show up.

Have had a great and positive shopping experience, no issues at all, received confirmation of order and another when both items had been shipped and on the way . received both, first a couple of days ago and the other today . Such a wonderful tribute. I ordered 2 phone cases as gifts for 2 different people, they were beside themselves , they cried with happiness. The best thing I ever did, the online photos when personalizing and reviewing to the actual real life items does not do it justice,the attention to detail ,quality and printing is outstanding , absolutely beautiful ,much better than I expected and in perfect condition when arrived. Very good value for money and well worth the wait!!! This company is genuine and not a scam. I would highly recommend to everyone and I myself will definitely be using them again in the future.
