Worst customer service experience ever! I didn’t my shoes when I thought I was going to and I paid an expedited fee. And they were for a special event. So I asked them just to refund my expedite fee, they refused several times before agreeing on a Friday and telling they would process the credit on the following Monday. On Monday, I only received $11 of the full $19 expedite fee which was never advised that they were reducing it for any reason. I have emailed them back now and they are not responding. So don’t use this company to shop from, you will not get good service!

Beware Active Military and Veterans. I ordered an Air Force Bomber Jacket from a company called Excollent. They say that Customer Satisfaction is their #1 priority. I found that to be untrue. The jacket I received had the American flag backwards. Their web site shows the proper orientation. Flag flying backwards on the right sleeve, when moving forwards. My rank was wrong. I was a Buck Sargent, not a Staff Sargent. The zipper zips up the left side, like they claim all of their jackets do, and their screen print is lacking crispness. After multiple contacts, they made excuses every time for their product and refused a refund. All of us military know that is unlawful to wear a rank you did not earn. I can never where this jacket. And now I'm out $60.00. Never order from this company and pass this review along to your friends and family.

Excoolent exceeded my expectations! I was under a tight schedule for getting my order in time to gift it to my friends before they leave the country, so I reached out to Excoolent to see if shipping could be sped up or even expedited (as I would pay the extra cost). Excoolent responded very promptly assuring me that the package would arrive within 7 days, much sooner than I'd expected. And then to my surprise, it arrived much sooner! Excoolent did not charge any extra for shipping, and was very professional and kind in their interactions with me. Five star customer service!!

Poor customer service. Would not exchange pair of shoes for correct size. However, they told me that for $50.00 I could order another pair. Not happy.

I received my personalized phone case order but unfortunately the case did not fit my phone so I contacted them and they were very obliging and redid my order and sent it to me with just a very small fee for postage. They continually kept me up to date with the progress of my order and I am very happy with my purchase of my phone case with images of the dog I lost a few years ago, my present dog and myself, which means a lot to me.

I ordered a personalized 4 dog pillow and a personlized 4 cat pillow to memorialize my departed pets over the years. The pillows arrived in a timely manner, approximately 2 1/2 weeks from the order date and I was very impressed with the softness of the fabric used. The pet silhouette selection that was offered was extensive and I was able to find a likeness for all 8 of my pets. I definitely recommend.

Never received order!
When I wrote to them, they refused to refund or resend. Shipping company is a Chinese company with no tracking available.
After endless emails they refused to admit fault, what was meant to be a thoughtful gift for someone who lost their pet, now money down the drain!
Do not buy from them, absolute scam!

Normally I skip past these type of ads on Facebook, but this one drew me in. I ordered two t-shirts which arrived within the promised delivery date. I had an issue with one which was the wrong colour. An email soon fixed this and the correct colour of shirt arrived a couple of weeks later. Very impressed.

my biggest problem was how small the fonts were. they are positioned close to the stitching at the bottom and small type. unless you pick it up, cant really tell there are names there.

Good quality pillow and good clear graphics. Dogs were such good resemblance to mine, we love it!

Ordered a pillow in memory of my black lab, quick delivery and great quality. Had to order a second for my daughter that lost a cat. same experience as the first pillow. Would definitely recommend.

I was weary about ordering from a Facebook ad but took the chance and so glad I did. I ordered my son a pillow with pics of his 2 dogs that have passed and the 3rd that we currently have and it was awesome. The print and picture is very clear and the names were perfect. Would definitely recommend them and I would order again if the need arises.I

I was pleasantly surprised with this company!! Normally when I see Facebook ads for products, I’m a little bit skeptical, but Excoolent has changed my mind!! I went ahead and ordered a case that I liked, but was scrolling through the website later that night and realized I liked a different style better. I emailed them, sure that there was nothing they could do, but they were very helpful, kind, and changed my case for me!! It arrived in a timely manner and is super cute!! The writing is very legible and the pictures look just like my babies! If you’re looking for a case and company that will exceed your expectations, look no further!
