Great Service!

My best recommendation to Exclusive Appliance Repairs. Broken Miele Washing machine with a leak. Got the appointment very quickly! The engineer was very knowledgable, informative, timely and polite. Conducting a clean and fast performance. Including a new part arriving, my washing machine was working again within a few days, same week!

Great communication regarding schedule and timings with a call half an hour before the app.

The experience with admin arrangements was fantastic too, very prompt communication. An option to request the app through online application.
Additionally I managed to make the payment twice due to miscommunication!!! They have contacted me about it and helped to solve it. Needless to add that otherwise I would have not even find out. Very honest firm and wholeheartedly recommend! Absolute pleasure to have this experience and my washing machine working so smoothly again :)

The rubber seal on my Miele dishwasher door had come off, and despite watching the repair videos countless times and trying to put it back, I realised that I needed help. I went on the Exclusive Repairs website, and booked a repair for the next day (today). Chris came round, and promptly sorted out the problem. He stayed on to test that the machine was working properly. He was efficient, cheery and friendly and ... big plus for me and my wife, he even brought plastic covers to put over his shoes before entering the house. Nothing to fault. Just a simply delightful experience!

Our very old but absolutely marvelous Creda tumble drier was squeaking very badly. It has had a minor squeak for quite a while, but recently became much worse. The engineer arrived on time and was very efficient. He said it really needed a new motor but was too old to have a suitable replacement part. So, the best he could do was put lots of oil on the critical point and see what happened. It is now almost silent! Fantastic service. The call-out fee is reasonable as well.

This company is amazing, they are very knowledgeable about kitchen appliances. They are honest, good time keepers and prices are competitive. They also keep you informed. We have used them for dishwasher and oven. We highly recommend.

We used Exclusive repairs for our Siemens washing machine . The machine was not draining . This is the 3rd time we have used them over a number of years . We checked and cleaned the pump prior to engineer arriving. However , engineer found further blockage in the spinner . No parts required . Just the call out charge - which was reasonable. Engineer on time and knowledgeable. We would recommend this company .

Booked to fix my tumble dryer as it had been making an awful loud noise. First visit arrived on time, found the potential fault and needed to order parts but left it working for now. A week later I hadn't heard from them so I called them. Never received my call back promised. Finally I call again to rebook visit to fit new parts. They came back, fitted the new parts but then it apparently needed another new part. After 3 weeks of hearing nothing (I then had covid and then Christmas hit) and leaving the dryer not working at all this time (over Christmas which was a nightmare with 3 young children) I call them to be told they'd not even ordered the part. No apology at all and no call back yet again. Finally agreed to order the part but get them back round to make it work again while we wait for the part to arrive. THE ENGINEER DID NOT TURN UP. Called the next day, again no apology. After nearly 2 months I decided to give up on this company, booked another repair guy who fixed within 20 minutes, no new part needed!
Shocking customer service. They don't call back if they say they're going to. They replace parts that aren't needed and leave the appliance in a worse condition.

Engineer came when requested, was efficient and fixed the problem quickly. He explained what was wrong clearly and how to prevent it happening again. Would recommend.

Booked appointment online... they called and said they couldn't do the appointment and moved 4 days forward. Arrived to fix tumble dryer, said it was fixed and left. It wasn't, still not drying. Two engineers came back a week later to look and decided that it needed a new part. They ordered part and booked an appointment. Now they've called to say the part is damaged and rebooking for later this week... 3 weeks and 3 visits to replace a heater in a tumble dryer... not great service.

Used to repair my washer dryer. Really impressed with the communication and responsiveness. I got regular updates on my booking and the arrival time of the repair technicians. They were able to fix my machine by repairing a part, saving me waiting 3-4 weeks to order a new part! Both techinicians I met were friendly and professional. Would use again.

Covid lockdown and my usually totally reliable washing machine stopped mid-wash with an error code that pointed to a drainage problem. I manually drained the machine, checked the pump filter, nothing. Googled other possible causes and changed the pressure switch. No good.

At this point, I knew it was beyond my capabilities and tried a few companies before finding Exclusive Repairs.

I booked on the Sunday and they came out Tuesday morning, almost straight away their engineer noticed that the pressure switch I had changed was not the correct model and this may be an issue (I had been sent the wrong one in error) however his gut feeling was that it was the PCB which had already crossed my mind.
He was totally honest and told me that I could get a new machine for what it would cost to replace the PCB, but I was already clear that this machine has all the types of programs I want and need and is the best one I have ever had so I was repairing it.
He advised me that the PCB would take about a week to arrive (fair enough) but that he would order the correct pressure switch just to be sure. He came out again on the Thursday at no extra charge to me but the switch made no difference, confirming the PCB.
The following week, he came back and fitted the PCB and my machine has been working brilliantly ever since and I couldn't be happier.

I should also add that I was kept informed of what was happening by their lovely office staff and received a phone call when he was on his way to me next.

Great in communication and deliver on their promise. Had my invoice within 5 minutes including written diagnose. Will definitely use them again.
