I needed a new belt for an exercise bike, after putting in the correct model and details most places either didn't have it or tried to send me an alternative, the belt in question is a toothed V belt, most places I tried only seemed to have smooth ones stating they should fit and if they didn't to send them back for a refund, should isn't a very definite word and I wanted the correct one which I got from Belting Online and it came the next day.

I've use Beltingonline for belts for for 15 years for my 2 garden tractors that get a lot of hard use. Their belts outlast the genuine (Westwood and Wheelhorse) items and at a fraction of the cost.
When I did receive an incorrect item due to an incorrect cross reference on their website the matter was resolved very quickly and in a highly professional manner.
When I had a query they were so helpful, the way I used to deal with my customers.

I've used belting online for a number of years for belts for my (various) lawnmowers and they've always been really good. Prompt delivery, quality branded belts and keen prices.
Sadly on the last occasion they've not been helpful. Having ordered the part number quoted in the manufacturers parts list, the belts they sent me were too long. As far as I can ascertain this is not their fault - every other place I've looked online gives the same part number.
It would appear I have a machine that was from a batch built (I bought it new) with a non-standard belt. So I tried to contact them to see if there was any possibility of an exchange. I appreciate the answer might be no, but I thought as a long term customer a reply might be nice, but after two attempts I still have no reply.
I might as well shout out of the window at passing strangers.
So be warned - they're fine if nothing goes wrong, but customer service is non-existent if it does.

This company is so great! I live in Michigan USA and was surprised to discover there seemed to be no US based business that did online belt sales so I used Belting OnLine in the UK.

I ordered a non-standard width belt on SUNDAY and it was delivered to my Michigan home 3 days later on WEDNESDAY!

Found their website while searching for a drive belt for an old garden tractor which I was renovating. The website is brilliant and so detailed. As I had the manual I was able to key in the official part number and they stocked it. The price and delivery was a fraction of official Garden Machinery websites. Belt was delivered next day. Very impressed. Would use again for any belt solutions.

Ordered a new belt for our bread maker on the Friday at about lunchtime, received it Saturday morning by post. Fitted it and had bread by Saturday afternoon! Service and quality of product both excellent.

I cannot speak highly enough of the attitude and response of the staff and their service in this excellent online company. I needed a drive belt for a Stiga tractor unit, they were able to identify and supply the belt overnight. Unfortunately for me, I was unable to fit the belt through a restricted 'pinch point' under the engine (amateur repair man!!!) so a very helpful lady at Belting Online offered 2 slightly thinner belts, which they also delivered overnight AND offered me the option of returning the original belt (I declined). New belts weren't man enough for the drive system and stretched so persevered with fitting the original. Took 3 hours but it worked. Thank you Belting Online, you are an excellent company and I will use you again.

Simple ordering on line. Great selection and considerably cheaper than OE part. Was a bit wary as only seems to have an online presence but no issues at all. Highly recommend!

Have been looking for a belt for an Elu tgs173 flip saw for some time . The ribbed belt from the parts diagram that many suppliers sell does not fit , as it is impossible to stretch a 584j6 belt by 16mm, yet these so called Elu official parts suppliers continue to sell it. While browsing online for a solution i discovered Belting Online uk and emailed them to see if they could help me. After initial email, they called me (when have you ever heard of a company going out of their way to contact a customer over a £13 item ) and after a short discussion I now have a saw which was an expensive ornament, working again. I know from the internet that many people have the same problem, so contact Belting Online. Thank you Ted

Good quality breadmaker belt (made in Germany) for good price

I'm in Australia and have just been dealing for the first time with this supplier. They are amazingly efficient and helpful and stock a great range at a great price.

Great customer service and excellent products.
I ordered a whole list of parts for my latest project and was assured everything would arrive the next day and it did.
All in all, I can’t fault them, they helped with everything even down to tech support on the correct parts to use for what I was trying to do.

I placed an order with Belting Online on 9/4/19. I received part of my order (bearings) on the 11/04/19. However over one month later I am still waiting for my belting and pulleys. I emailed them initially using their online form and received no response. I then phoned and was told someone would phone me back. They did and promised it would be with on Tuesday 7th of May. Still didn't arrive and so I phoned (no point in emailing as they don't respond) them again on 13/05/19. Apparently it will be posted out tomorrow but I am not holding my breath. My advice is to avoid using them as I certainly won't in the future.

I would like to leave a review for the gentleman who very kindly helped me today to find a belt for a wheelhorse ride on mower. He patiently explained how to measure the belt I have and advised on the depth, width and length. He explained about the pulley & stretching (or not) of the belt and was polite, informative and very, very helpful. I have now ordered the belt having followed his instructions and feel confident that it will be correct.

Thank you so much for sparing some time to help me, I really appreciate you teaching me something new which will help repeatedly in the future. I have bought via ebay from the company before but will try to go direct in future. many thanks Carol.
