Please stay away from this company!

I have never experienced such a bad customer service as this company provides. Once you take their connection you are left on your own if you have any issues thereafter. They never send technicians at home for inspection and issue resolution. I ended up disconnecting their service and ideally after this they should send technician to remove cables and devices from home. And even after our multiple requests they didn't send anyone to remove the connection physically and their technician told to us on phone"you remove it yourself". I sincerely think the government should take strict action against this company.

Worst Service Ever

Worst Service Ever – Zero Reliability!

Absolutely the worst internet service I've ever experienced! I’ve complained multiple times, and they just don’t care. The internet barely works, and customer support is completely useless. Why offer a service if you can't maintain it? I’m fed up with constant disconnections and empty promises. Avoid this provider unless you enjoy frustration and wasted money!

My Personal experience with excitel after 4 years of use.

i will clarify one thing Excitel partners with the local dealer in your area to provide the excitel internet service in your area so better ask the local users there for better understanding on how the service is in your location.

Now coming to my experience in my location in north delhi the service is the best the response time is great if i want something to be either changed, replaced or configured on the router side. In 4 years i got my router replaces coz the first one i had broke (physical damage) which they replaced quick and not charging anything for it. The speeds are stable when i first got the connection i went with 300mbps now i have opted for 400mbps + OTT + IPTV (cable cutter one) and things are great i never had a situation where speeds/ping were an issue either it be steam/epyc/ubisoft, torrents(for linux iso), or anything on internet and there is no FUP which is great for people like me who consume a lot of data above 6TB a month.

The only 2 drawback i would say at the time of writing this review is that first they dont provide static ip so you cant open ports for any games or application second one would be there is no 1gbps plan and i would love to get that.

At the end i am happy with excitel and will continue with them.

I wish i could abuse them here

I wish i could abuse them here, They only deserve that..They will dupe you with cheaper rates and then your life's trauma will start, Internet only works few days and you have to chase them for days and days but they will never resolve your issue.. even emailing to there CEO vivek raina does not work,I am without a internet for last 8 days..raised numerous complaint but no one cares... I am beyond disappointed with your service and the complete lack of professionalism in handling my refund. I was promised the refund would be processed within 60 days, yet more than five months have passed with no resolution. Despite multiple follow-ups, all I’ve received are empty promises and delays.

This level of customer service is unacceptable. I demand an immediate refund and a clear explanation for the delay. If I don’t receive a satisfactory response within [X] days, I will escalate this matter to consumer protection authorities and share my experience publicly.

Enough is enough—resolve this immediately.

Connection shifting request scam

I had raised a connection shifting request on 02/09/2024 and the ticket is still pending. The customer care gives fake promises and assurances. They have no professionalism, no work ethics, is rude, ignores the complaints. The worst service provider ever. Some of the people who lied that I can remember are Vivek, Vijay, Bhuvaneshwari. Never take this ISP. It's a scam. They don't even deserve a 1⭐.
