Very poor after sales

I purchased a RIB 5years ago over the last couple of seasons it’s developed a slow leak I couldn’t find. As it happens the side protection or rubbing strake has become un bonded air is escapeing but impossible to find. I contacted Excel leisure and got an immediate response. They asked for photos so I sent them. Now we have radio silence despite numerous follow up emails they do not respond. If you were thinking buying an excel inflatable from this company. Don’t
