I recently had a home EV charger installed by Andersen EV, and the experience was excellent from start to finish.

The installation engineer, Gary, was an absolute credit to the company. He was prompt and responsive when arranging the appointment, making the whole process straightforward and stress-free. On the day, his workmanship was outstanding—precise, neat, and exceptionally tidy, with a real attention to detail.

What really stood out was the level of support provided. Gary took the time to clearly explain how the charger works, guided me through the app, and even helped with downloading, registering, and connecting the device. Nothing felt rushed, and everything was handled professionally.

Very pleased with my Hypervolt 3 Home Pro charger installed by Gary of PV-EV. Warning, set your alarm early in the morning and change out of your PJs as he arrives very bright and early :-) Cabling had to go round half the house, including drilling through a brick garden wall, and a very tidy job was made. I could have saved a few quid by going to Octopus, but if you expect to remain at your house for a few years, or even need it to look good if selling up, then you'll want to ensure a top job's done, so I went safety first with a family recommendation of Gary, who's been fitting EV chargers for a long time and knows what he's doing. I was very glad I did - thoroughly recommended.

Yesterday we had an Anderson EV charger installed by EV-PV Ltd and the installer was named Gary Matthews. He arrived on time and installed the equipment. His work was neat and tidy and gave us excellent information on how to connect charging connectors to our new EV. He also assisted with input info on the new App.
I would highly recommend this company for the smooth installation of our charging point and for their professionalism.

I have to say I was really impressed with EV-PV. I went local as I like to support local businesses rather than big national companies. Gary was really quick to reply and the work (Zappi & Eddi installed) with two weeks.

Gary was outstanding through the process. His communication upfront was fantastic and on the day he walked me through the installation and chatted me through potential problems. He also walked through the charging app and the best way to set things up. First rate experience!

This is the first electric car I have owned and new to the EV charging world. That said I cannot fault Anderson chargers or EV-PV LTD front the offset the communication with them was excellent and always keeping me informed and prompt replies to any questions. When it came to installation the staff were excellent and the whole process has been effortless and really well done. Have no complaints the team were brilliant.

Anderson put me in touch with EV-PV to install my new Anderson charger and I would highly recommend using this company. Gary attended to install, he was extremely friendly, punctual and a very neat and tidy installation with no mess left behind afterwards. 5+ stars.

Great experience. Gary came and fitted out Zappi car charger. He was on time, polite, and completed a very neat job with cables level and hidden where possible. Would definitely recommend as he’s very knowledgeable about solar and chargers and clearly proud about his work.
