Fantastic company needed some assistance and Wendy in Ewbank customer service was amazing.. refreshing to reach out to such a helpful company.. excellent service and amazing product.

The cordless hydroH1 hard floor cleaner is beyond a game changer! I thought my usual way of cleaning my floors was effective until I glided this machine over it and I couldn’t believe what it got up! It even cleans and dries itself I mean how much better can it get?? I could not recommend this enough to anyone that basically wants clean dry floors in minutes every day! The water tanks are a great size so no trips to the sink for a refill or empty the cleanup time after use is a lot less than emptying a bucket cleaning the mop head etc

Customer services really need to read the whole email, not just the bits they pick out. Very unhelpful and treated me like I was an idiot and compared my problem to buying faulty bananas from Asda . I am aware of the Sale of goods act and the Consumer Act….very unhelpful.
Produce now in the bin.

The Ewbank website is deceitful, I thought I was buying from the company although I was aware it's made in China as most domestic products are but a confirmation email came from Shopify, a sales platform, (check reviews) there is no mention of this on the website, it appears to be another case of a trusted British brand name being bought and the product replaced with Chinese rubbish.
I wanted an upright steamer with detachable hand unit, but these can be heavy. When I saw this with a flexible hose I went for it, what a mug! I was initially pleased using it in bathroom and toilet with hard floors. Downstairs, the floor brush is too stiff to move on any rug or carpet, the covering towel is useless, it just curls up. Instructions, "don't overfill" there is no level gauge or drain plug. "Dont use if orange light is on, wait 40 seconds til it goes out" it takes 50 seconds to go go out, then comes on again after 25 seconds use. I think I might give this to someone I don't like.

Purchased 1 month ago as a lightweight addition to our main vacuum, hoping it could be used for a quick tidy-up when needed. The reality is, it’s an utterly useless piece of badly made junk, a complete waste of plastic. It’s more fragile than wet cardboard, it has the suction of an asthmatic sucking through a straw and the little it does pick up clogs the machine every couple of minutes (normal household use). Don’t waste your money, because they won’t replace it either!

With a tight budget, I was looking for an affordable cordless vacuum, my 1st, that would do the job.
I decided to buy British and opted for a ewbank airblitz, mistake.
From the start, the suction was pretty ordinary, even when kept clean and charged but after about 3 months, the suction is non existant.
I now have no vacuum and I'm out of plcket to the tune of £70. As for aftersales service, forget it. I've sent 3 emals to the, so called, service department and haven't even received an acknowledgement.
I'd have been better off getting some cheap Chinese tat off temu, which is where I'm headed now, for the 1st time.

Quick delivery, good price, would use again

Quality of build, light weight, easy to empty and picks up all the dirt from the carpet.

Very disappointed. I bought Ewbank because my mother had one that she used for 50 years. It doesn't pick up well, whatever the setting and the rubber bumper leaves an inch round the edge of the flooring or carpet that I have to use a brush on.

Well at this time I still havn.t received my order. I have spoken to customer services who informed me that it had been delivered to the wrong address by their courier DX Express who after looking on review sites seem to have a habit of doing this. So I am still waiting to see if I get my order

It took ages to get my order, firstly because the courier service used lied about making a delivery, proven to be dishonest by the fact that the same delivery/parcel ref actually was delivered [by DX - "Delivered Exactly" - oh the irony) several days later. The dishonesty included random names of people in the business, "receiving" said deliveries when they were miles away from the premises.
We got there, hence the 2 star rather than 1. But no higher as Ewbank were advised and couldn't care less, as it was eventually delivered. Hardly the point.
The dire service is worse when I consider the inappropriate choice of a COURIER SERVICE to bring minimal cost replacement scouring pads which weigh virtually nothing and would have been far better handled, more reliably, in an envelope through tracked mail. A complete waste of time, money and a dire example of fuel and resources unnecessarily wasted.
Ewbank, you need to look at yourselves and revise your services and apathetic attitude.

My sweeper arrived in good time and very happy with it, only one issue, after placing my order I didn’t receive any confirmation via email and having spoken to a lady on the phone said it could be in spam, it wasn’t! So need to improve that side of things. Yes I would order again

Easy online ordering. Delivered quickly. Good communication during whole process. Pleased with the cleaner. Although manual, it cleaned my carpet really well.

Good product. Lightweight and easy to use. Good price and delivered on time. Easier to push on thinner pile carpets but a bit more effort for thick pile. Nice size to store away in cupboard. Would recommend this product.
