Amazing!!

This app is amazing! I absolutely love Krissy and her team. The app is easy to use, pick a program and follow. With in action visual examples of the exercises, or the option to switch each exercise for a similar option. Everyone complaining about the money being withdrawn from their account with the free trail did not read and pushed buttons. Yes there is a free trail and if you don't cancel it (which is simple to do) yes you will be charged. 10/10 and definitely worth the $100 yearly charge. You basically have a personal trainer for like .5% of the cost.

7 day free trial is a SCAM to take £99.99

I debated using evolve you as I had done roughly 3-4 years prior. But when I could see the free trial option for a yearly membership I thought okay I’ll give it a go.

Instead of having a free trial they took the 99.99 immediately. There was absolutely NOTHING to warn me that they would take the money straight away if I had previously had a free trial (this was 3/4 years ago). Apparently you’re meant to guess this from the way Apple took the money immediately.

It’s a SCAM.

There is a reason why the free trial applies ONLY to annual memberships of £99.99. I wonder why they don’t apply these to the monthly memberships? Is it to try and make as much money from people who have had previous free trials or go over the free trial by a day or two?

I applied for a refund 6 minutes after I had realised. 6 minutes? And they won’t refund me for an annual membership.

It’s diabolical!

The only reason I downloaded the app as I followed Krissy Cela for years and the fact they are trying to take advantage by only allowing free trials for annual memberships is disgusting.

You know what you’re doing!

£100 for 6 mins of the app, yay me.

As a returning user, a free trial wouldn’t have applied when resubscribing, as this is only available to brand new users on a yearly plan. When subscribing, a payment summary is shown prior to checkout, detailing the charge amount and billing date, allowing you to review the information before completing the purchase.

We aim to support with all queries, and refund requests for subscriptions made via our website are reviewed case by case. However, for purchases made through third parties like Apple, the decision to issue a refund would lie with them.

The app doesn’t work properly

The app doesn’t work on my gym WiFi. I have gone back and forth with customer service since JANUARY. They will not refund me, even though the app doesn’t work. Terrible customer service.

I had a terrible experience with this app and its customer service. Due to login issues, I unknowingly ended up with two subscriptions. As soon as I realized what happened, I contacted support, but it took them an entire week just to understand my issue.

Despite acting in good faith and not using the subscription, they refused to refund me. The app itself is subpar, and the customer service is even worse—slow, unhelpful, and dismissive. I would strongly advise against using this app. There are far better alternatives with decent support that actually care about their users. Avoid at all costs!

Not great at all recently purchased the…

Not great at all recently purchased the 1 year subscription and after 3 days the app has stopped working! Tried contacting customer service on email and instagram no response at all. Tried deleting the app and re log in to see if that works and says that I dont have an account with them! Wouldn’t recommend buying this app at all. Really disappointed after hearing such good things

I signed up for a free trial and wanted to cancel on day three. I already have been charged so contacted customer services for a refund. They refused to give me a refund, were rude and so unhelpful. They told me i was not entitled to a free trial and would give me a refund.

Don't give them your card details!

They are sneaky with taking payments from you with one click of a button for things you don't want. Even when I cancelled my membership they still tried to take payment from my card a year later without my permission. Good thing that card is no longer active.

As outlined when subscribing all subscriptions are auto-renewing and would need to be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to your renewal date to avoid any further charges. A few days ago I signed up with the Christmas promotional offer of 50% off thinking I had a trial period, then noticed the money had come out of my bank & contacted them to cancel as I had changed my mind and was still within the trial period. They replied, that no refund would be given as I had previously had an account with them therefore the trial period didn't apply to me... however that wasn't brought to my attention or made clear during sign up. They are now just ignoring my emails. Shocking customer service, and clear from other reviews I'm not the only one they are ripping off!!

Complete scam took payment without…

Complete scam took payment without authorisation.

I cancelled the app during the free trial period but have been charged for the last 3years! I noticed the most recent payment and contacted the company and they did refund it as it was within 24 hours but I am still £200 short as I didn't spot the annual charges despite cancelling during the trial and deleting the app! Really disappointed with their customer service and would never recommend to anyone.

An email confirming payment is sent to the email address provided upon each renewal, within this email we also include a link to contact us directly should you have any queries. I can see that you initially reached out to us earlier this year and were advised that there had been no cancellation applied to your account, which is why you had continued to be charged. As a gesture of goodwill we had refunded the most recent payment, however given that your subscription had not been cancelled in line with our cancellation policy there would be no further refund issued for previous years.

One big scam

Purchased the subscription in 2023 and was unaware of the renewal date until my payment of £100 was declined. I then logged into the account, viewed my Apple subscriptions and was unable to see how to cancel. I then removed the direct debit in the hope that was the end of it. I received two further emails stating my payment had been declined so thought this was done. However 10 days later the payment left my account. I emailed twice, once 3 days later and a follow up a week later with no response so then tried Instagram. They were unable to find my emails in the system until I provided all the proof and were incredibly dismissive. Customer service was poor, unhelpful and did not offer any solutions or tell me where I could cancel. Apparently as I did not cancel 24 hours before I am stuck with an expensive subscription I do not use for another year without any sort of refund (requested partial at least) while I’m unable to feed my kids over winter. One big scam.

Thanks for your review. All subscriptions are auto-renewing as detailed at check out and would need to be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the next renewal date, as specified in our cancellation and refund policy which you agreed to when signing up.
As you had subscribed through our website directly, your subscription would not appear in your App Store subscriptions and would need to be cancelled either by logging into your account or by contacting us directly prior to your renewal date. After investigation from your initial email whilst your subscription had renewed on 26th October 2024 the first few payment attempts had failed and you were notified of this via email. In these emails it was communicated that payment was still due and would be re-attempted, however we received no correspondence prior to payment being successfully taken on 4th November indicating that you required any assistance or wished to cancel.
As confirmed via email we have now scheduled your subscription for cancellation which will come into effect at the end of the current subscription period. In line with our cancellation and refund policy, there would be no refund issued for the remainder of this current period.

Incredible workout app

Best workout/program app I’ve ever used… I love the fact that I have access to so many different trainers and many different programs, I never get bored! Also love the recipes!

Scam

So disappointing - duped me into paying for a month after advertising a 7 day trial (absolutely no mention on the page that the free trial was only for an annual purchase), and now finding it impossible to cancel. No customer service options on the app and the website seems to have forgotten my password and won't send me a reset no matter how many times I've tried. The workouts are so poor as well - for example, on the programme I selected there were multiple workouts that required me to superset the same exercise?

I love the app

I love the app, I just would like more variety of 20 min programs, I usually can’t do more than 30 and tend to accelerate my rest time, reduce the reps and feels like cheating 😁
So I tend to do a small challenge and look for exercises to do. I loose a lot of time and think maybe it’s not that effective.
But I do LOVE the app, keep going it’s amazing.
