Go direct, don’t use third party sites
Always go direct to the gov website, never book on third party sites like this to get a visa/eta. They always charge extra and there’s no guarantee they will process it. For example they charge for the Singapore arrival card even though it is free on the gov website. There are no advantages of going through a site like this. Stay away

Dear Madam, please note that the difference in price is due to the fact that you applied with a private Agency, thus you were charged with service fee and processing fee, on top of other additional service you purchased alongside your eTA (Denial Protection) When you apply with an Agency, an assigned Agent is taking care of your behalf and making sure that your documents and information meet the requirements of the Immigration Office.
