Amazing as always and the vape is awesome. Wonderfully priced, really easy to use and just fantastic.
Everything vape never disappoints

They don't reply to customers support email that provided, even though I have sent couples of emails.
Secondly I have bought Blueberry ice flavour but I have received a raspberry. I have returned it with tracked royalmail and delivered over a week but haven't received the correct flavour I have asked for even though I have inserted a note with that request.

Good products but disappointed with delivery. Item I ordered was out of stock so they held back my whole delivery. Ordered for next day delivery on Thursday but didn't receive until following week on the Wednesday.

Amazing customer service quick delivery time and cheap prices for quality products. What else could you ask for?

Second time ordering from here, first bundle was a good mixture of individual fruity vapes, my second order was duplicates of the same juice a few tobacco ones and also a fair amount of 20mg when I ordered 10mg.

ordered 2 lots of 15 nic salts for a £10 , amazing deal and altho turned up light after contacting them they sent out missing bottles and extras crnt sat any fairer than that and I will deffinatly be placeing another order soon , good juices , and variety and dispatch/delivery is rapid 😎😎

To be honest everything vape did not have to help me as I had slightly gone outside there usual 1month warranty.
But they could see I was having ZERO LUCK getting in touch with Ijoy, who have still COMPLETELY IGNORED my contact attempts to date, so they still kindly offered to help me out!

They told me my original purchase was no longer in stock unfortunately but offered for me to choose something of a similar price. Great!
So I looked through their listings on their website and picked two choices one was slightly less than what I originally ordered, but was still a good product(I think they were just selling it underpriced honestly), and I chose a second product but this was slightly more expensive than what I originally paid.
Anyhow I waited as it was over a weekend and on Monday or maybe Tuesday I was contacted to say my replacement kit had been sent out and would be with me hopefully by tomorrow.
And exactly as they said, my new kit arrived promptly, AND they even sent me the more expensive of the two!!
Totally surprised, but absolutely happy!
