Placed an order online 14th May and paid 24hr Royal mail delivery (website states 1-3 working days. Its now been over 8 days and have not received my order. I emailed their support email and nothing, finally messaged their fb page and "were look into it" and have heard nothing back. Surprisingly on tje day I ordered funds were taken from my bank.account. However I did receive an email from Luke to say item wasn't in stock and for the hassle I had they posted an upgrade

the actual item and speed of delivery fine but there was a part missing ( the changeable airflow inserts) so im unable too change airflow) i did send an email but as of yet had no reply , i cant use it until i have the inserts.
