Well at long last - Pet Insurance made easy
Well at long last, pet insurance made simple. Registering my claim was simple and took only a couple of minute. Received an acknowledgement within a few hours and 4 days later, confirmation that I'll be paid out and confirming the amount.

I got my renewal bill from you,far too dear, so went on line, got it with you cheaper than my renewal .
Then on the same day got letters from you,
1. Thank you for interest your 1st payment with,,,, still not taken out of my account.
2. We're very disappointed you are not renewing your ins with us.
I'm confused .com, as you have not taken any money from my account l don't know now if my little dig is insured or not.

Two dogs and Two cats …
As pensioners with two dogs and two cats all over 10 years old the cost of insurance is affordable compared with other pet insurers, The application was easy and acceptance of them by the insurer was very quick.

Absolutely appalling company when you…
Absolutely appalling company when you have claimed and need to renew your insurance .
My insurance on 2023 was £55.00 per month
2024 it went up to £117.00 per month
2025 they now want £208.00 per month , they have stoped the farewell
cover due to age also stopped the cremation payment and want a. 25% contribution to any claim . My only means of income is my state pension this is costing me over 30% of my pension.This appears to be common practice for this company as I have had noticed other users are complaining about their insurance has more than doubled.
Buyer beware Avoid at all cost I am now self funding there are other genuine companies that will help
IN RESPONSE TO THE REPLY FROM EVERYPAW I HAVE ALREADY SPOKEN TO YOU ABOUT THE POLICY YOU OFFERED TO CUT THE POLICY COVER BY HALF AND EXPECTED ME TO PAY £160 per Month OUTRAGEOUS. AS A PET GETS OLDER THAT IS WHEN WE AS CUSTOMERS NEED INSURANCE FOR OUR PETS.
