They use to cover my dogs & provide me with assurance that their costs would be covered at a decent monthly price. But now all of sudden they’ve raised my monthly price over double what it was for my one dog & do not even cover the costs of her monthly injections like they use to. I’m wasting so much money having the insurance when I have to cancel it as it makes more sense for me to save that money to put towards her monthly costs. This company is a joke when it comes to caring for senior dogs and they have no remorse just taking your money.

I joined Everypaw with hesitancy but was fed up with the stories I heard about people and their insurers and these guys seemed to be different. I have a very fit cocker spaniel and so thought what could go wrong? Big mistake, said cocker spaniel likes to eat anything he finds and this time is was a corn kernel. Unbeknow to me it was lodged inside of him for 6 weeks making him sick, eventually I took him to the vets and the whole surgery and post surgical complications cost me £10k. I was only insured with EveryPaw for £3k and thought about the time it would take to get that back. I started the process and was absolutely AMAZED at how their process worked. 4 questions and then a few emails telling me the money would be transferred in a few days. I didn't have to supply endless amounts of data, qualifying material, vet certificates and testimonials. They were brilliant, literally press of a button and it's done.

Difficult to review an insurance company until you’ve needed to claim. All I can say is that the process was easy & the price competitive.
It’s not easy insuring a 5 year old rescue Rottweiler but Everypaw was the standout for me.

I was stunned to realise that my claim was completed so quickly. It was so easy and efficient service would recommend this company to all my dog friends

My dog had been covered for in excess of two years, each year they inflate the premium a lot despite no claims being made. This year it was much less expensive to take a new identical policy out than renew the existing one. I then had a claim to make for the first time which over lapped one policy expiring and a new one starting. there was continual cover but despite this my claim was declined. The dog was covered under both policies for a period of time. Very poor

Your about the only company that insures older dogs which is good, cus not many do. The only draw back is I have to wait 14 days before I can claim anything.
