I do believe this is a real business and not a scam, bur I believe they are swallowing more than they can chew. I received my confirmation email January 2nd after ordering in late December; do not remember exact date. I reached out a few times and I will admit once out of frustration since they had they're sale ticker going and I saw a sponsored post where they sent a free article to someone. Them promoting without fulfilling active orders rubbed me the wrong way. Due to their constant sales it feels as if they are using money coming in to fund pre-existing orders, promotions, and ads if anything now. As if maybe the company is poor with money and that's the only thing I can think of now.

Do not order from this company. They will give you all the excuses as to why they haven't delivered your items. I don't even think they have any factory or stock at this point. I placed my order 3rd January 2024, I reached out after two weeks they told me they were behind. In February they said they had only start ordered that came in the 2nd week of December the year before, then I requested a refund in March and they stated because they had already started making the items they could not give a refund.

DO NOT BUY. SCAMMERS

Do not order from them if you want it within a reasonable time. I ordered beginning of January. It's now 28th of March and still no tracking information from them. Also they deleted their Instagram which is very suspicious. Better to just order from oodie company.

I put my order in December 2023 and it is now March 2024 and I have yet to receive my order. I have requested for a refund but they informed me that is not possible because my payment was already processed. I do not recommend ordering from this company. They will just give you the run around about where your package is and take your money.

Terrible processing and shipping time. I ordered on January 23, 2024. I emailed on February 17 for an update if my order has even been PROCESSED, and they said they are still shipping orders from the second week of December 2023???? And they haven’t even received any updates about my order from the supplier. It is now February 28, and my order still has not even been processed. They need to figure out how to process and ship our orders faster because they stated to me that processing will take 1-2 weeks and shipping will take 10 days. It has been over 4 weeks now and my order has not been processed or updated. Very disappointed because this was a gift for my little sister whose birthday has passed and I have no idea when I’ll receive her gift.

It has been over 2 months and I have not received anything from this merchant. I placed an order back in October supposedly they say it takes about 3 weeks to ship out. I was okay with that. After a whole month nothing came in so I shoot them and email and they said they will look into and with their supplier. Back and forth contacting them through email, come to find out they “lost” the order, told me to call/text their supplier which they should have done from the beginning, called and text them nothing! No reply no one pick up. I originally bought these anime blankets for Christmas but that didn’t happened. So I asked for a refund and apparently they can’t refund me back! I asked them how come and they said they just can’t but they have a 7 day policy if you’re not satisfied, okay I haven’t gotten anything and they still won’t refund me my money and it’s ridiculous. Til to this day they still haven’t done anything about and keep saying they will check on it again! Never ordering from this place again. I would rate this a NO STAR.

shipping was super slow but i did get it :) and love it
