READ BEFORE YOU USE : my experience was overall terrible. Their goal is not customer satisfaction and they only want profit. When you need help they do not help you, nor do they care. They lock you out of your account and delete all your information once you pause the subscription. Even when asking kindly by email to help export the SOP, the owner responds and will tell you bluntly in your face that they have deleted all your information once your subscription is paused.
DO NOT SAVE YOUR DOCUMENTS ON THEIR PLATFORM, THEY WILL DELETE YOUR WHOLE ACCOUNT if you miss ONE payment. Unreliable, unsupportive and a waste of money. Luckily I earn my money the clean way, so I could look inside their own infrastructure to find my documents and export all my documents myself, without them even knowing.
