The return journey was a nightmare with delayed departure followed by hitting road closures that the driver could have avoided if he had checked before departure. Arriving back over an hour later than scheduled

Good trip. Could have started earlier with a break for coffee. Ploughman's lunch good . Hour to explore interesting town would have added to the day.

Very enjoyable day. But do think to go to Southend, especially on a Saturday would be better to catch the coach earlier in the morning, due to hold ups at Dartford Tunnel. Otherwise very good trip

Hi, Darren here - appreciate the time to review our service. As I mentioned on the trip, we have allocated seating coming next month.
I did try and accommodate everyone’s request to sit together on the day and believed all was OK but clearly not.
