It is nearly impossible to reach someone when needed - LONG wait times.
Classic “bait and switch”- I purchased tickets for over 500$ in an Orchestra setting and was assigned - weeks later - way up in the balcony, at at cost of >100$ per ticket.
I will never use this service again. Ever.

So expensive. After purchansing my tickets with you, I found tickets way cheaper somewhere else. Terrible. I spent nearly $500 with you and I found them at $200. What a rip off.
This is my update after you responded since you have no response bottom:
I appreciate the canned response, but justifying a $300 markup over other platforms simply because you're a 'resale marketplace' doesn't make it fair to the consumer. Stating this status in fine print doesn't equal true transparency. I know my money is gone, but I strongly advise anyone reading this to shop around first—you can get the exact same seats elsewhere for less than half the price.

Booking process is complicated and lack transparency. In a venue in Laval, qc, prices are in CAD and then when it's time to pay it's redirected on your website without any mention that the prices are in USD. And no recap before paying, which is a big lack of transparency.

As for the delivery method, unfortunately the series of steps to access the transferred tickets are not decided or controlled by Event Tickets Center. These requirements are set by the venue and/or event promoter and required to gain access to the event.

Scam. I ordered tickets on Friday. Received an immediate response, but no tickets. After numerous texts asking where my tickets were, the order was filled at 3:53 on Sunday, almost an hour into the sporting event.
