This is decided and controlled by the venue and/or event promoter and required for valid entry. We are a resale marketplace only and have no involvement in choosing the delivery method of the tickets or what app the venue is requiring.
As for the insurance, if you're having issues regarding the ticket insurance policies or the results of your claim please reach out to Allianz directly to (800) 424-3396 as that is an entirely separate company and we do not have access to their systems to advise.

DO NO USE>>>SCAM ALERT
We used this service to get two sets of tickets. One for the LOONS baseball game and the other for the Detroit Tigers. We could not attend the Loons tickets because the link was broken. Tried customer service, they sent us to the MLB. MLB said they couldn't help because we used event tickets which is a third party. WE DID NOT GET TO ATTEND THE GAME. Our Tigers tickets never arrived....we are still waiting for that LINK. DO NOT RECOMMEDED THIS SERVICE

I would give zero stars. They sold me tickets to a production that didn't even exist. When we got there, the theater was dark. No response to my request for information and a refund in 5 days so far.

This company waited until the day of the concert to inform me that my order couldn’t be fulfilled. The tickets were purchased well in advance of the event. I should have been notified well before the day of the event of any issues. This was negligent and completely unacceptable.
