Really terrible customer service…
Really terrible customer service experience. I purchased two tickets 5 months in advance, drove an hour to get to the venue to be told the tickets were already used. It was a sold out show and wasn't able to get in or purchase new tickets. I called, emailed and tried to chat with Event Tickets Center and zero response because they were closed. I submitted a claim to get my money back at the very least, and ZERO response other than an automated response. Please avoid at all costs.

I went back in to verify my tickets
I went back in to verify my tickets. Using the same process as I did the day before only this time I am lead to a site that shows the individual seats that are available. I see many more options than I was lead to believe were available yesterday, many with a more reasonable price.
I am stuck as these are non refundable.

I was completely mislead by Event…
I was completely mislead by Event Tickets Center and purchased tickets to an event that were not yet available, thus paying a premium.
While this site may be legitimate, their practices are not with the consumers best interest in mind.
Presale tickets were not yet available for this event when I was advertised the tickets at a premium. However, as soon as the "presale" tickets were made available I received my tickets from the reseller. Clearly the tickets came from the presale and I was falsely advertised the availability of the tickets.

This was a complete scam ! Paid 218 dollars for floor seats to Pedro Gonzales at Brea improve they sent me 29 dollars General Admission tickets ! When I called to have it fixed they gave me 35 credit and said they have no control of the tickets since they are third party brokers ! Will never use them again
