It is fairly easy to book, however it is not immediately visible what is the seat number after you select the number of tickets. I used the mobile app. Otherwise, easy to check out.

Reasonably easy booking service. However you've got to get on with it otherwise you will get timed out. I had to clear it with my bank for the transaction to take place which took a few minutes.... See more

Incorrect tickets purchased

I bought some standing tickets because seating weren’t not available. Seating became available within minutes of my purchase. I called Eventim and spoke to Dan who was extremely helpful. He advised he would make enquiries about getting my standing tickets refunded and call me back. He called me back within the hour and assisted with a refund and purchase of the seated tickets I wanted. Very pleasant, professional and helpful experience

Easy and straightforward

Easy and straightforward, unlike Ticketmaster. Once selected, the seats were ready for booking and order payment. I just hope that more of my favourite acts were playing here instead of venues controlled by Ticketmaster. Thank you!

Ticket failure Myself and husband purchased tickets…

Myself and husband purchased tickets last year for Peter Kay on 1/5/26 we are still waiting on tickets when you go on the app it’s still processing it’s less than a month away now I find this a very poor service I have emailed them and awaiting reply I must say the whole process is very frustrating and won’t be purchasing again 😡😡

If no customer support, it may be system failure

Original Review: The app is easy enough to use. However they do not respond to customer enquiries, I have tried multiple times to get help and they never reply. I have submitted multiple tickets over last few weeks. Utterly useless...

Update April 2026: as a result of this review review eventim got in touch. They were able to tell me the dates that they contacted me in response to my contacts and it's clear that something's gone wrong in the comms process because I didn't get the responses they sent.
I am now satisfied with the outcome of the query, and I'd advise readers that if they have contacted the Eventim and not got reply, they do appear to respond within a day or two, so try an alternative means to get a hold of them

This app is useless!
I can't open it and it is rejecting my password. When I tried 'change password' and entered the code received by email, I got an error message.
