I would give zero stars if I could.
I purchased two tickets for a concert in London on May 18th via Eventim on September 4th, 2025. Months later, I still have not received anything. My order status has been stuck on “processing” the entire time, and I was informed that tickets will only be sent by post up to 5 days before the event.
This is completely unacceptable.
There is:
- No option to resell the tickets before receiving them
- No refund option
- No buyer protection
- No flexibility whatsoever
I cannot use the tickets anymore, and it's impossible for me to sell them because I won't receive them until the last moment, IF I receive them.
I contacted customer service, and they confirmed there is nothing they can do. No solutions, no alternatives, no support. USELESS.
This is not how ticketing should work in 2026.
It is ridiculous!
I strongly advise purchasing tickets elsewhere!!!

For some events, tickets are issued closer to the event date, particularly when they are being sent by post. This is arranged by the event organiser or venue and is often done to help prevent fraud and unauthorised resale. While your order may show as “processing,” this is normal until the tickets are dispatched.
We appreciate that this can make resale more difficult. Once tickets are issued, you may still be able to pass them on or sell them privately, depending on the terms set for the event.

Rubbish
Rubbish, advertised as starting at 7pm, turned up, to find out the main event starts at 9:30pm in a cold dump.
Not a chance I’m wasting two and a half hours sitting around freezing.
Had it been advertised properly, I may have turned up around 9pm….
Top it off with a “no-re-entry” policy.
Terrible flakey attitude, terrible marketing.

The online service is horrible
The service is horrible. When I login on the computer the website is redirecting indefinitly. When I login on the app I get "Access Denied" error eventhough I input the correct password. I need the app to access my tickets. I basically have no way to see the tickets I just bought. When I tried to order a concert ticket on the computer I was stuck at the seat selection, ordering the tickets only worked on the mobile version of the website. When you download the eventim app you don't even know which one to download because there are so many apps named "Eventim" on the app stores. The apps and website look like they were made with ChatGPT in one day

Not seeing my ticket numbers before payment, I won't purchase tickets direct from Eventim again.
Update after reply:
I looked for the numbers prior to paying, but I just checked again and they are not absolutely not shown on the pages, there is a small "show details" drop down box (in pale blue text ) on the "shopping cart" page I missed, pity I bought the worst top price tickets available, so still annoyed so still won't buy direct again!
