There's quite a few hire companies around, but this one definitely has an incredible variety. Their stock is great. The staff are always friendly, particularly the guys in the warehouse.

Event Hire UK were very efficient. Booking on-line was easy. Their prices are reasonable and when we went to collect the bowls and plates for our party, everything was ready and waiting. Taking them back was also seamless. We definitely recommend them as there was absolutely no stress involved during a busy perios.

This was the first time we used Event Hire for a special event in our garden and they were brilliant! The communication throughout has been great, very professional delivery and collection of items. I appreciated the option to not have to wash up afterwards! Highly recommend and we’ll definitely use them again for future events.

Everything went perfectly. Hired a large quantity of equipment for a marquee party and all went smoothly. Whole experience from ordering, quality of equipment, confirmation of delivery, delivery guys going above and beyond to help carrying things to wherever we wanted them and all collected as scheduled, on time and without fuss.

Booking fairly late on-line was easy. Event Hire allowed booking to be upgraded by adding 18 more chairs and moving from collect from Walsall to home (church) delivery. A mix-up (by us) on delivery time was resolved without incurring any extra charge. Refund of deposit was fast without prompting. Overall, our expectations were exceeded.

At short notice I needed a fridge for a month and a half but didnt want to purchase a new one at the time. Event Hire were quick to respond and organised a fridge to be delivered and collected efficiently and well.

Hopefully dont need to use them again but will do if the requirement arises!

Amazing service from the team at Event Hire UK. They provided a stage area as well as seating for 150 people for a televised on a timed evening delivery for the 5th floor of a London building.
Everything ran exactly to plan, I would definitely recommend them.

I ordered tables on-line and when I arrived to load I realised I had ordered the wrong ones. Fortunately, Liverpool fan man who was helping us load was very helpful and courteous and said there were plenty of the correct tables in stock to swap - no problem. Backed up by Laura in the office who was also very helpful and made no fuss of dealing with my mistake.

Excellent customer service from Event Hire Uk in helping us seat 14 people in comfort for Christmas dinner. The equipment supplied - tables, fitted linen, plates, chairs and co-ordinating cushion pads were perfect for our needs. Event Hire's prices were also less than we were expecting. We opted to collect the order from their depot and the team were very accommodating when the snow and ice hampered our efforts to return the items.
We would definitely use Event Hire again, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Easy booking service with helpful examples on table and seating layouts and suggestions on correct size of tablecloths to order and confirmation was received quickly following the booking.
I opted to collect the items I’d hired as we are reasonably local to their Bradford depot and the staff there were friendly and helpful. Items were loaded into my car for me and I was quickly on my way. The items were great quality and the perfect solution for our family Christmas lunch which was moved to my house, last minute.
Same great customer service when I returned the items back to the depot and my deposit was processed the same day.
I would highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in future.

Incredibly fast response to a last minute need. Had tables and chairs ready within an hour. When they didn’t fit in my car, the team quickly made adjustment had it loaded in within minutes. So pleased with the service!

Ours was a last minute order which Event Hire we're able to help with. Collection and return of the items was straightforward, as they're Bradford depot is only 12 miles from us. The member of staff I dealt with was really helpful. My deposit refund was actioned as soon as I took the items back. Highly recommend this company.
