We had a problem with a toy, called to report the problem. They were so very helpful, mailed a new replacement part out along with many extras! They were caring, quick and very helpful! Thank you so much!

Great experience! The representative I was in contact with for the part I needed was very quick to respond, helped me with getting the right part and the part was received in a timely manner.

I ordered two products to replace on the exosaucer. The light bar did not work upon arrival. I didnt even bother returning because the first time there was a mailing issue. everything else we own is Fisher price and never had a issue w any of there products. Its was probably just defective and one bad apple but due to circumstances, probably will just stir to Fisher price.

Love the glass bottles! Used them with my first baby 10years ago, and happy to use them a second time around. I never considered a different, and way over priced, brand.

Fast & Great Customer Service

Was shipped quickly and conveniently. I ordered a sunshade and it was the correct part for the car seat just seemed a bit small and not a lot of coverage for a sunshade. Was decently priced, can’t complain much!

Good Experience, had trouble with the delivery address and they ship the piece without shipping cost to me!

Some of my favorite features are that it comes in handy to use and it’s also very easy put away plus it’s practical and it’s quite soft for my baby which I love my pilot sand tone

I had a broken activity bar for my evenflo exersaucer and with one phone call I had replacement toys within a week. Thank you evenflo for standing by your product

If I could, I would give it no stars. I ordered my stroller/car seat from here, and it took 3 weeks for them to get me the right stroller. The first stroller that came in was not the one I ordered, sent that back, they sent me the correct set the 2nd time, but it was broken, on the 3rd attempt, the company input my wrong address (since they had to make the label for the returned broken one). The UPS guy was nice enough to call customer service to get my correct address.

Exceptional customer service! I would without a doubt recommend Evenflow to my friends and family.

I love this company!!! ✔️ replacement parts 4 yrs after we bought it. ✔️ amazing affordable prices. ✔️told me delivery was up to 14 days I had it in 3. ✔️they sent a wrong style for one of the pieces and resent another piece quickly and out of their pocket without me asking for that. Now I'll consider buying another Evenflo if they add more padding to the seat

I am glad to come across Evenflo during their sales. I was able to get the necessary items at half the cost. Would definately recommend ordering from this site. Also fast shipping and options to ensure item arrived.

I loved the price and the carseat stroller combo!

Had an issue with my original Evenflo pivot stroller(wheels lock in different positions) call the customer care number told them my problems and concerns and they sent one right out. Thank god I saved my receipt which my it a smooth and easy transaction.
