Great product. Nice service.

I ordered the Evenflo Excersaucer Activity Center (Mega Splash) about 3 years ago, and it took two weeks to arrive. When I got the product, it was missing the anchor feet, which keep the excersaucer from leaning too far forward with the child inside. I had to order the part separately, and pay extra for it (even though it should have been included in the first place). I love the exersaucer, just not the fact I have to "jump through hoops" to get a complete product.

Was sent the wrong thing and had to send it back. Found something I liked better so I just asked for my money back.

Love the replacement strap for my grandchild's car seat. It has an easy to use release clip that makes it easier to remove the seat when we're not using it. Thanks for making my suggestion a reality! I love this product and recommend that everyone purchase this strap if it doesn't already come with the seat of your choice.

We had an older wooden expandable baby gate for years. A young visitor to our home required that we block off some areas. I'd misplaced the mounting hardware for the gate, so looked up the model online to find replacement parts -- and discovered there was a recall for that model due to some pickets that could come loose. Ours was in fine shape, but called Evenflo anyway to determine what the recall really meant. The lady on the phone was exceptional: professional, accurate, and very helpful. While the recall had been years ago and our gate over a decade old, she honored it anyway. Received the replacement within 10 days. The newer model is clearly more robust than the older version. I was so happy, I ordered a second one from their website for a different stairwell. This company had no reason other than customer satisfaction to honor my exceptionally late recall request -- but they did. Nice to do business with a real company, and not just some reseller or Amazon vulture. Thank you, Ashly from Evenflo.

The buying experience was made very easy, the product arrived on time and I was surprised that it was available, this connected to a baby item sold in 2013,so we were thrilled,it was better in person than picture shown,thankyou again,as always for your high quality products

Good company with excellent customer service, however, I was a little disappointed in the actual product. With the car seats we purchased, it is a little cumbersome trying to attach the cup holders with the one little screw provided. My granddaughter was able to pop it right off. Maybe it's me, but for some reason the cup holder does not fasten securely.
