Deceptive, dreadfully slow and outright deceitful. Avoid avoid avoid!

Euspares are actually just one of many search engine-spamming brands of Autodoc, registered in Germany. While they don't state they're a UK company, they're at best disingenuous with this truth. Autodoc have so many 'sister companies' it's difficult to avoid this time-wasting SEO-abusing company.

Order placed at the start of the week, here we are at the end of the week, the the order still isn't with the courier according to DPD's tracking, which itself was only raised 3 days after placing the order. None of my in-stock parts have even been dispatched after their supposed estimated delivery date.

It's not like I have a car jacked up off the road awaiting parts. No wait, it's exactly like that!

Prices might look good, but it's worth paying much more to actually receive parts the same week from virtually anywhere else. In stock parts are not dispatched at the times stated, estimated delivery times are simply a lie.

Dishonest and deceptive practices and inexcusably slow - avoid at all costs. I will in future, difficult as it is when I keep landing on different brands of the same company via search engines! Additionally, reading their returns policies, they seem to have a complete disregard for UK distance selling regulations.

Editing this on 19/04/2019 to add the following. EUSpares recently reported this review, and seemingly every other negative review on this site because it "does not correspond to the general conditions of publication". I've provided the requested proofs to Trustpilot who have now re-instated it.

I did receive my order the following week. I don't remember exactly which day, but it was still several days outside the suggested delivery date. My experience only got worse however, as they substituted the branded brake discs I ordered with what I gather is probably their own "Stark" brand discs. They had not notified me of this, and worse, they've actually changed the order history so it appears as though I ordered these myself.

Let that sink in a moment. They've amended my own order history to make it appear as though I deliberately ordered these unheard-of brand discs, without notification or explanation.

I was wondering if the mistake really was mine, but fortunately I keep all my email, and the order confirmation email does indeed confirm I did not order "Stark" brand brake discs. Does this silent editing of my own audit trail constitute fraud I wonder? Judging by some other reviews of Autodoc companies, this occurrence isn't isolated either.

Unfortunately to get the car back on the road I've had to use them, for the time being. I've chalked this up to a terrible experience from an utterly dishonest company that I'll never buy anything from again, and I urge any prospective customers to think twice too.

Not UK based at all. Disingenuous about transit times.

Oh dear - this just confirms what I suspected once I received the acknowledgement e-mail. I need a washer-pump for my car and I've dismantled the front of the car to access and remove the original part. Thankfully, this is a fairly cheap part that I can source alternatively by driving 20 miles (in a borrowed car) to a breaker's yard.

Surely masquerading as a UK company and stating impossible transit times is illegal?

They haven't used any 'rude conduct' thus far but I've still rated EUspares '1' for misleading customers and for using poor grammar in their bulletins. Obviously, I'll apologise and re-rate if DPD are in possession of a teleporter but my suspicion is that transit will take between 10-14 days.

NOT based in UK - beware of delivery!

So their website is euspares.co.uk - they are actually based in Berlin.
I ordered a small item from them with a 1-2 day delivery time (and £8.45 delivery costs, so I'd expect fast delivery) - they sent an email after 24 hours telling me it was with DPD - the first indication that it was coming from Germany.
DPD finally got it out for delivery after 4 days - but then discovered that it had been misaddressed and so couldn't deliver. Their next delivery slot was on Monday, 7 days after ordering - too late for me as I was going away on Sunday and needed the car.
Spoke with euspares, they insisted that all must be ok "because everything is automatic" - seems that their system copes with German addressing ssytems, not UK....
End result - DPD are having to return it to them, I've had to get a new alternator fitted instead of a voltage regulator and I'm now waiting for my refund from them. Net cost to me - over £600 beyond what it would have cost me. Grrrrrrrrrr.
