I was supplied a faulty MAS air sensor…

I was supplied a faulty MAS air sensor which failed after 2 days while driving to Spain. I have been passed from person to person and they are making it very difficult to receive a refund.
I would NOT recommend using this company.
Unfortunately, your comeback is untrue, according to law The services and supply of goods act 2003. You are the supplier, therefore my complaint is with you and not the manufacturer.

Do not trust the website

Do not trust the website for the correct size of wheel trims. Then when you query it after 14 days they wash their hands of it

Complete omnishambles.

Complete omnishambles.
Parts took 11 days to arrive. Gaskets had been folded (!) to fit into too small a box and so were useless. Customer services have not yet refunded value of damaged gaskets, laughably claiming one of them was recoverable.

I bought a dipstick for my van from…

I bought a dipstick for my van from them using their drop down menu where you select your vehicle and the part you want and one would assume you would then get the correct part!

They refuse to accept responsibility and insist they will not pay for the return postage, I have tried explaining that I bought the item that they said was for my Van but they will not engage in a discussion about this its almost like you are speaking to a bot! They 'kindly' offered to refund the cost of the dipstick if it was still sealed within its original packaging AND the original cardboard box it got delivered in! I did not realise they was based in Germany and under their conditions it is not worth sending back!

I would avoid buying from these, they send out the wrong parts regularey apparently and their customer service is abysmal!

Good quality shame about the deception

The sump pan is good quality and a really good price. It took 10 days from order to delivery but to be fair that was over Easter and the Coronavirus so they’re forgiven - just.
They use a co.uk web address and a UK phone number but are based in Germany. Is there any need for deception. Having said that had I realised I probably would have moved on.

This is a German business trading as a .co.uk website and using a UK phone number. The door mirror sent to me was not the correct part for my model of vehicle as, unlike the original, the mirror glass was not heated. When I complained, I was told that I should have checked the OE number on the website prior to placing an order and that I would be given a refund only upon safe receipt of the incorrect part back in Germany, returned at my expense. I bought a compatible heated mirror glass from a UK supplier as this was cheaper than returning the whole mirror to Germany. I shall never use euspares.co.uk again.

Uninterested

The seal set was ordered on a Wednesday to come from Berlin and was not reportedly delivered until Monday. Trouble is if DHLI make a delivery to a wrong address, they have already finished their job and will help no further in providing the proof of location. EUSpares on the other hand show willing in email by suggesting I canvas the neighbourhood to find the parcel. The delivery was not free!
It was found apparently at someones door in another street when they returned from holiday a couple of days later, and they brought it round to me by reading the clear address.
Then the seal set itself was billed according to the website to repair my brake master cylinder, and in the main I used the seals to replace the old fluid seals despite looking quite different in form though right by diameter but it lacked the main seal for jointing cylinder to intensifier, with an excess of seals that were not needed. Not very specific.
During the event, I had no idea of when the parts would arrive or if they would fit, so I was forced to buy a new master cylinder and fit it to meet deadlines. Overall most disappointing.
