Ordered a flower arrangement on the…

Ordered a flower arrangement on the 15th of September to be delivered the 16th. Today I found out it was never send. I wrote an email but received no answer, this company is a scam, no customer service, basically no nothing. Don’t buy here.

Delivered completely different bouquet

Bouquet was marketed as bright with orange and fuchsia flowers in the photo but some pale pink and really awful pale yellow flowers were delivered. Completely different to what I ordered and basically awful. I complained to them but they denied there was anything wrong. This is basically an incompetent florist.

Helpful and good enough

First of all, I'm a real person with an honest review. I doubted this service too at first, after seeing all the bad review about Euroflora I'm so afraid that I was being scammed. But it turns out pretty well.

I ordered a sympathy flower for the funeral of my co-worker's father who passed away in Italy, and it's really hard to find a service that I can pay online, fast delivery, and speaks English because I live in Indonesia.
So I ordered it on the day he passed away with 2 hours express delivery without knowing the address of the funeral home yet, only his home address. No longer after the purchase, I got a call from the customer service to make sure about the address and explain that in Italy they don't send the flower to the house but to the funeral home. So they called all of the funeral homes in the city to make sure they'll deliver it to the right address. And we just find out that the funeral is on the next day, so they send the flower in the next morning and send the picture of it to my email as I requested.

I doubted them at first because I asked for the photo but they said it's not the service they provide, and they wouldn't give the number of the florist either. Then how would I know if the flower arrived safely or not? because it's impossible to ask my co-worker during that time.

That's when I look for the reviews in trustpilot and reading all the bad reviews just made me freak out. Until the next morning, I got an email with a photo from Euroflora, then I relieved even though the flower looks different from the picture on the website, but it's good enough.

They're not perfect service yet, but at least I can see that they tried their best. Thank you.

Flowers not delivered, horrible customer service, do not use!

I've ordered flowers and chocolates for my parents wedding anniversary, day later order was still "in progress" so I have contacted their customer service over the online chat function. I was told that the order was not accepted by the local florist yet and if I wanted to, they could try and contact them to deliver the order day later. They have offered me 20% discount from the next order and free chocolates as apologies. I think this is totally unacceptable given the fact if I haven't contacted them, the order would have not been processed at all. The customer service rep was really rude and when I asked for money back, he said they can't process the order so do I want the money back or not... Horrendous! When I said that even if I wanted to have flowers delivered this late, I would do so using another company as I am not happy with their service, he then just finished the chat! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

HORRIBLE PLEASE DONT ORDER AS THEY ARE GOING TO MESSED UP YOUR SURPRISE AS THEY DID WORH ME

I place an order on 17th June, ordered flowers for my moms birthday on 19th June , and I paid as well for a surprise box for 17Euro. So : on 19th they didn’t deliver flowers to my mom -they told me mom wasn’t at home. But this is not true, I kept calling mom the whole day and she knew has to stay home as I am preparing her a present. Than I’ve called them 10 times - nothing, they only picked up at 8 pm saying will deliver on next day. And they delivered flowers on 20th they messed up my present for which I’ve paid 86Euro , spoiled moms day and mine. And money I paid for extra little present 17E they never delivered to her. I WILL COMPLAINT FURTHER and they didn’t give my money back. I wrote an email - called and they didn’t reply back about this box.

Excellent and Very Professional Company

Excellent and very professional company! Easy to order online, delivered flowers to Italy the next day, great price and delivery service, wide selection of beautiful flowers. Contacted them if the flowers could be delivered a bit earlier than I had scheduled and Rosa even called me back from Italy to confirm they would be. Best company ever! My complements for your excellent service!!

Stay away from this company and same…

Stay away from this company and same story as many people wrote here.. They send the email end of the day that can't delivery and want to get refund or still want delivery for next day. I say yes send next day.. again thing happened same first email of second day say can't delivery i so i reply back want refund but they say order already send can't do refund.. so i check with my friend and no one get the flower first they say try to call but nobody pick phone then they leave the flower front door.. lucky we have cctv so we know they lie.. i wrote the email back to them say impossible then they call my friend back and told them we leave flower with your neighbour and again impossible because my friend neighbour is gone for holiday like a month...so they say will check with local shop tomorrow and will call you back.
before they send we make a note on order online that call before delivery and they never call nothing at all!
Im try to go back to website and check where we can contact back or any call online to talk but again no have is always send the email and have to fill many step to get in click send and wait they email back but this is scam and very crazy real story believe it..
I don't believe is a good review from another person use this web.. is my mistake to not recheck before buying. Will never do it again.
We will try to make this case show many website about don't use this company.

The flowers delivery were of great quality and were very well received by recipient. Ordering the flowers Is Quick and i can definitely recommend ordering from Euroflora. The staff Is very professional and smart. I advise them.

AVOID

AVOID! I could not attend my sisters round birthday, so I ordered flowers and balloons for 100 Euro a day in advance. The next day I have got a message the flowers I wised are not available, so they will deliver something else. Then I have got a message that the delivery was not possible due to the wrong address, asking me to contact them. No phone number available. So I replied with the message giving all phone numbers and my sister confirmed her address. They send a message that the delivery will be done on Monday TWO DAYS LATER). On Monday no caller ID phone call telling me that they have a problem by delivering. I have told them that the address is correct and they admitted that they did not even attempt to delivery on a correct day as the address might be wrong. So they called my sister‘s cell phone (according to them, but no phone number left) and did not reach her. It is a shame! SIMPLY AVOID!

Avoid!

Order got cancelled the same day they wanted to deliver the flowers - which was the wrong date anyway. No others available to place an order with and to deliver within less than 24 hours and on a Sunday. Got the notice that I will be refunded, but I don’t believe that until I see it.
