Very helpful staff and great knoledge of product

Having used Eurocell before July 2025 to purchase sofit and fascia boards etc £1,100, we contacted them for polycarbonate sheets, fixings etc for a carport. I was sent a quote, which we were happy with and then when I tried to pay upfront and place the order of around a further £1000, I was told I would need to travel to the branch to pay, a 3 hour round trip. They said they could not take payment over the phone, could not send me a payment link, could not give me bank details to make payment. I also phoned their Head Office and was told the same. When I asked why I was told, change in company policy. As a large company regrettably this is not acceptable. We went elsewhere.

I think Eurocell Enfieldis very good because it was recommended to me by a friend. I found the website easy to navigate and my order was processed quickly. On arrival for pick up the staff were very helpful. Eurocell is now my go to company for uPVC products.

The site was easy to use and no issue with checkout

I was able to buy products that were not available in any of my local builders merchants. The threshold for free delivery was surprisingly low. The delivery arrived when promised and the driver was polite and helpful.

Ease of ordering, had exactly what I was looking for at a fantastic price including delivery.

Placed an order with 1-2 day delivery, items were never delivered, communication was shockingly bad. I had to chase and no one got back to me, after 14 days I had to get a refund.
My advice would be don’t bother with eurocell

Only used Eurocell a couple of times but their service is superb and would certainly recommend to other people

Very disapointed with my delivery today i was not informed when my fence panels were arriving dispite my email to establish delivery date,luckily i was home when they arrived out of the blue the delivery driver however was very polite

They did their best to resolve the issue and brought about a workable solution.

The Company's website is terrible despite my excellent Internet connection. I almost gave up at one point and thought of going elsewhere for the items I needed.
Please sort out your website as you might be losing customers.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Eurocell regarding Order #000212995.

The issue was not the cancellation or refund—it was the repeated broken delivery promises. I was initially told my order would be delivered within 48 hours. I was then repeatedly assured that delivery would take place on Thursday, then Friday before 4:00 pm, then “definitely Monday morning,” and later again before 4:00 pm on Monday. None of these promises were kept.

Each time I had to chase the Coventry branch for an update. No one contacted me proactively. On one occasion, a member of staff told me the matter was “nothing to do with me” and ended the call, which I found completely unacceptable.

Because I relied on these repeated assurances, I did not purchase the materials from another supplier. As a result, my contractor’s work was delayed and my building project was disrupted. Had I been told honestly from the beginning that delivery could not be made, I would have sourced the materials elsewhere.

Head Office eventually offered to cancel the order and provide a refund, which I accepted because I had completely lost confidence in Eurocell’s ability to fulfil the order. While I appreciate the refund, it does not make up for the wasted time, frustration, inconvenience, and delay caused to my project.

I hope Eurocell reviews its communication, delivery planning, and customer service procedures so that other customers do not experience the same poor service.

Very good price, great product, could improve by giving the Delivery date sooner.
