Excellent service
Went to the Redhill depot. We ordered the panels without any problems. The man who helped us was polite, friendly and helped us order the correct panels and accessories that we needed. The delivery was exactly when we needed it. Will definitely recommend Ecocell

I couldn't register for online…
I couldn't register for online shopping, therefore I couldn't register for the rewards scheme.
During checkout the registered address and delivery address weren't clearly described on the website so I ended up getting the wrong delivery address.

Would have liked to give 5 stars but no internal corners to suit 100 mm chamfered white skirting in stock /have ordered up the 150 mm internal corners with a hope I can cut them down.
Would be nice if description indicated suitability for both sizes.

Eurocell Eco fencing delivery.
Ordered some fencing on 10th June, to do a job the next week. Didn't here anything from them so emailed on 15th June to see where order was, no response so emailed again on 16th, got a response on 18th of June for branch to contact me for delivery date. Finally got a phone call on 22nd June to say would deliver later that day.
Not very impressed with either communication or delivery date, 12 days is far too long. Actual product is great and "does what it says on the tin".
