horrible first experience
I placed an orderer on the 3rd of july. It was finally sent out the 15th of july. I’ve been following the tracking information and now all of a sudden my package is being returned to morphe for no reason. I contacted Hermes the company but they couldn’t do anything because it’s international shipping. So i contacted morphe and they have no idea why it’s returning to them. Now getting my money back but i won’t receive my items… horrible first experience with them
Gutted- **review with update**
Ordered a massive beauty haul for 15 year old daughters birthday 01/07, by today (8th) I’m concerned about not getting a dispatch mail, as need it for 11th to wrap in time for birthday on 12th. I emailed morphe only to be told it’s not 2-4 days as stated it’s 10 working days!!!! So have nothing to give my daughter and can’t go shopping as isolating. Thanks a lot morphe! Shan’t use you again and have contacted credit card to let them know you don’t fulfill on agreements.
**UPDATE** managed to get head office who immediately agreed the previous service was unacceptable and will send my order first thing Monday morning, as by this time it was late Friday and the warehouse was closed. Plus they’re sending a “sorry” gift which is really kind, however it’s still not going to arrive in time which is why ultimately I’ve only given 2 stars still. If the first agent had just pushed my order through as priority (because clearly this can be done) it would have arrived on time, I shouldn’t have had to chase up with “higher” management. Thank you for your help though Sacha you’ve been great.

This is most probably the worst customer service/company I have ever come across! I ordered my makeup on 3rd April, still no delivery. I have now asked for a refund to which I’m receiving emails back telling me they might not be able to cancel this... I mean what sort of Mickey Mouse company is this. Disgusting. "Please allow more time"... a month after
Exactly a month ago I bought a James Charles palette and some other skin product for my sister based in Italy. She was extremely happy to receive it, but since then our dramas has started. They are totally on the top of their emails, very prompt answers but in an extremely dumb way. I would send frustrated emails and every time I would receive answers from different employees passively encouraging me to allow more time. A month has gone by and guess what I have been asked? To allow more time. The issue which really upsets of all is that they treat their customers like ignorants. "Oh I can see that the parcel is still in transit.." the parcel Was not in transit, that parcel has been out of delivery since the 15th of February, with one attempted delivery. Yes, I am able indeed to check my tracking code and yes you guys should know better.
I am wondering how long is the time "I should allow" before either getting a replacement (which I am not so sure I want now) or my money back.
I have filed a complain with Paypal hopefully they can help, but hey, I will NEVER shop with Morphe ever again. Worst experience, worst customer service.

This was my second time purchasing from morphe. First time round there was a delay on my order but I eventually received it this time I haven’t received a thing. I contacted them a few wks back and they claimed my order was lost & they would send it out again . Then I had an email that one of the items I had purchased (on sale too) had been sold out so they would refund that part of the order & reship the rest. Well here I am two wks later and still no order has been received nor left their warehouse. It’s genuinely a shambles.

Extremely unsatisfied customer. I have ordered on two different occasions, the first one was during black Friday and my order took over three weeks to arrive when it arrived the package was totally damaged and empty!!!! I contacted Morphe via phone and spent over 37minutes on hold I then resulted to emailing customer service and they took another two weeks to get back to me, once I had received the refund I decided to re-order my purchase as I thought because of Black Friday madness the company was under a lot of strain and pressure. It has now been over a month since I placed my order and still no sign of my order, again I contacted Morphe to find out where my package might be and I am yet to hear a response and it has been nearly two weeks since emailing. Worst customer service ever!! Such a pity because their products are of good quality. I will not be placing an order with Morphe ever again and would not recommend anyone places an order unless they're willing to wait over a month for an empty package to arrive and spend weeks chasing for their return.

I ordered from the sale in the first week of December, package never arrived, were supposed to be gifts for Christmas. Contacted support, told me to contact the shipping company, shippinh company told me it's an international order so contact retailer. Contacted Morphe again who told me that they'd deliver on the estimated "delivery window", which is not presented on the website. They gave me date that would be 1st week of January. Package never arrived. Contacted Morphe on the 3rd week of January. Told me then that the package was sent back due to "faulty adress". I'm guessing because you can't use Swedish letter å,ö and ä in the website and that the said delivering company did not accept the adress. Contacted support again and gave them the adress once more. Got a reply almost a week after telling me that almost 70% of the products on my order are no longer available. They would refund the items not shipped. Told them I would prefer to cancel the whole order due to the huge inconvenience. Got a reply that said they would refund. 9 days later I realized they only refunded me for the first half of my order and not the second. Had to contact customerservice again. Had to give ordernumber and give them a full detail on which items were not refunded. Like seriously WhatTF. Still waiting for my money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SH*TSHOW

Worst service ever! I did an order on December 27. Now (January 24) my package still has not arrived. Contacting Morphe is hopeless. They don't respond to emails or calls. My tracking link on the Morphe site said that my package is delivered? I never recieved anything and Hermes also says the package is still in transit. I am so dissapointed because it seems like nobody really cares. Hermes can't help me eather because this is an international order? Please look out when you order from this website.

The worst customer service I have ever received. Waited for more than a month, wrote 5 emails with no response, spoke 3 times to customer service and at the end nobody managed to tell me why I still didn’t have my order. The people on the phone were rude, repeating again and again that they could cancel my order without even trying to fix the problem that was with their warehouse. I am so disappointed, I don’t recommend ordering anything from this brand.

BE WARNED - Buying online from Morphe is not recommended. They use some company called Fox_Bags_Service to handle their orders. I purchased an artistry palette as a Christmas present for my daughter at the end of November. It arrived in time for Christmas but they did not ship the product I ordered and one of the colours was broken with a crack across it. My daughter did not want their substitution but they refused to take it back, even though I had not ordered it. They were only prepared to offer me a 20% refund. This is their response :-
"Dear Customer,
We apology for this inconvenience.
Because this is overseas shipment, if you returned back the item, you still need to pay more shipping fee for this resend package. In this case, we advice you to keep it and then we will refund you 20% to your original payment method as a compensation. We hope you can accept it and we are looking forward to hearing from you.
Once again, We apology to not meeting your expectation".
Despite numerous emails telling them they had not shipped what I ordered they refused to budge.

Worst shopping experience ever! Goods are in hold for 2 weeks and the excuse is Covid-19. I don’t understand how other companies are able to ship and morphe seems to always have trouble. Prepare yourself for 1-2month delivery
Ordered 2 pallets on 6th December and…
Ordered 2 pallets on 6th December and received no tracking information despite email confirmation that product had been dispatched by morphe. After reading reviews here I was very nervous about delivery. Contacted customer care on December 14th and to be fair they responded promptly. Found out items were sitting in Hermès hub since 9th dec. Once customer service involved I could then see the tracking and items began to move. Delivered today and items were as ordered so I am very happy. However,I think had I not sent 5 emails and chased up the order then these items would still be sitting in a sorting warehouse but maybe this was all down to Christmas rush. It’s hard to know. I am very happy with the product though.
Unreliable and seem to not care.
Quite disgraceful. Ordered two palettes for a family member at Christmas, and upon a lack of updates on them, I began trying to contact Morphe. I’ve had no replies to anything I’ve sent, as the company seem to not care. The information on my purchase email was also carelessly incorrect. It almost seems as if the company is a scam. I wouldn’t recommend buying anything from them.

Please be warned! Ordered a month ago, trough delays it could take a bit longer to receive the package. But now a month later it’s not even shipped yet! Tried all social media, email addresses and even tried calling the store but no way of getting in touch with them. Others have advised me to call the UK number but as the keep you on hold quite long before answering that will cost me a fortune from abroad. Hope that at some point they will ship it or refund me 🙏. And a little bonus, they tell you to contact the shipping company. But the shipping company tells you as it's an international package you need to contact the retailer 😭
