My morphe eu experiente

The quality of the products is ok but the shipping and customer service is horrible
I made my order in August 15
And it only arrived today
I emailed the morphe team multiple times asking for a refund and they didn’t even reply
If you have the possibility to get your product in a physical store do it

Terrible

Hi, so I placed an order for morphe, they took the money everything was fine. I did not get sent tracking for a week only a confirmation email, mind you the estimated delivery was 3 - 5 days, if this was in the middle of the pandemic I might have understood but we are not in the peak of the pandemic anymore so unfortunately they could not use that excuse after I emailed them about not getting tracking I was given the response “ we have had a huge influx of orders to the warehouse, & would not get tracking for a couple days…” well this should be expected when you are having huge sales what else did you expect ?!?! So I was waiting for tracking for couple days and finally got an email saying my order had been dispatched. So I placed this order 29th August, I didn’t get tracking till 13th of September… lol…. & my order was shipped out from the warehouse on 13th as well. That’s not even the worse part, so my order arrived in Ireland on the 17th which I was finally relieved for it to have arrive only to get a message from an post about duties and taxes. I was baffled as I ordered from an eu site and Ireland is in the eu… so why am I paying duties, I’ve sent numerous emails to morphe customer care to which I’m being ignored. You would think they would have the decency to reply back after how long my package took to came. I would just like to be reimbursed at this stage & this will be my last time ordering from this company. Never again .

BE CAREFUL OR READY TO WASTE YOUR…

BE CAREFUL OR READY TO WASTE YOUR MONEY!! It is really a shame because their products are actually quite ok but. I ordered on July 31st and they lost my package somewhere in the shipping process. I had to wait for a whole month so they could mark my package as "lost" even though the shipping was 3-5 days. More than 25 days ago they offered to give me my money back in 2-5 business days and I am still waiting!!!! I SPENT MORE THAN 200USD and now I have to be begging for my money? for something THEY failed to deliver bc they use the worse shipping companies so they can save a few euros?. I am starting to feel I wasted my money and I will never have it back. Honestly, beyond disappointed. It is pitiful to have to chase such a big company for something THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR.

Vat charges on EU site!!

I live in EU and placed an order through MorpheEU and waited 2 weeks for my order, which I expected due to sale but I was fuming when I had to pay VAT charges despite their website stating they were covered, I have emailed them 3 times but no response, be careful when ordering as it may state it is an EU site but the package actually came from the UK so therefore liable for charges, very deceitful on Morphes part.

Better than what expected based on other reviews

I placed an order after my wife sent me a link of brushes she wanted.
I just went ahead and ordered without looking into company. Order time said 3-5 days.
Then when I placed order I received a confirmation saying there is delays due to volumes or warehouse issues or something like that. Then I looked into reviews and found this 2 out of 5 star and read a lot of Bad reviews saying scam etc.
I then tried to cancel my order by email and the reply I got Seemed very automatic so didn't feel confident.
However I gave them benefit of doubt and certainly within 2 weeks I got the product. So actually quite surprised.

Packaging seemed good. Inside of box had their company logo and name which to me gives a more Credit to the company. They spent a bit more on packaging and not a cheap normal box which you get from scam companies.

I read a review questioning about the quality of the brushes which I can't comment on as they are not for me and wife hasnt used them yet.

Will say communication wasn't great.
I received an email during the day saying order had dispatched and then 8pm every night I was getting an update saying delays and delay with order etc. However tracking said to expect by the 24th Sept and I got on 20th. So some the auto mails didn't seem to match my order.

Was surprised I got my order when I did and wanted to just comment with a some what positive experience I have had as these other reviews aren't good.
So you can equally have a good experience is what I'm trying to say. It's jot all bad and could be worth giving them a try.

****just a little update to say my wife has commented saying the brushes are great..

After waiting 3 weeks for my order to…

After waiting 3 weeks for my order to be shipped, now an post is looking for tax and vat for my parcel !!! Morphe you are just a SCAM company !! Is write in blak and white onyour page that the vat and tax "will be assorbed by your company" but NOW i have to pay ??? Horrible SCAMMERS this YOU ARE !!

I ordered 2 parcels during the sale and…

I ordered 2 parcels during the sale and although it has taken a while, their customer service is really great. I was accidently charged for customs and their customer care team had the money straight back into my account to cover the cost and advised me to go back to her if any issues with second parcel. Should out to Janett!! Thank you

MorpheEU is disgraceful

I ordered two palettes on sale on August 20th, have since emailed twice, and was given the run around please allow more time , still processing. I asked for my order to be cancelled and for me to be refunded,was told that may or may not happen and the palettes may ship before the refund request is processed. Reading others reviews I doubt I will ever receive my order or a refund, it will be a lengthy process anyway... Worst company ever.

Horrible experience!Never again

I ordered brushes and a palette from the store on august 13, it’s sept 7 and I still haven’t received my order. I placed two more orders on august 20, one of which was shipped and now sitting at anpost for me to pay custom fees. I contacted support to cancel my august 13 order and just refund me my money and they have chosen to ignore it. For custom fees it’s been 4 days since I sent them the details and they’ve ghosted out on me. I think it’s best to assume I’ve lost €150 euros. I don’t have any hope they will give me my money back. Save yourself, shop somewhere else.

Very satisfied, quick delivery

I can only say I am very satisfied with the way they packed the order and how fast it arrived. The shipping costs however where a bit high € 8,- because of the VAT that had to be payed at the border because UK is no longer member of the Europian Union. I ordered everything from sale and the quality is superb. 7 Euro for a 25 pan palette, great price!

Wish I had read the reviews before buying

Wish I had read the reviews here before ordering. Will keep this short and to the point. Never, ever again will I order anything from Morphe EU. I ordered and paid for my products on 25 July 2021. Website says deliveries within 3-5 working days. My tracked parcel with Hermes has been sitting 21:14 - Sun Aug 01with the comment "We've got your parcel and we're processing it for you." I sit here on August 27 July having read the reviews wondering if I will even get my purchase/package??

Awful and the worst customer service

It took a month before i recieved my package, and during that month i wrote several email over many days with no response.

Then when I received my package one of the pallets were broken. So I wrote an email immediately on the 4th of august 2021, didn’t get a response so I wrote again on the 9th, and still no response so I did again on the 11th.
The palette was supposed to be a present on the 7th but obviously it couldn’t be now.

Their customers service is by far the worst I’ve ever experienced.

If I could give Morphe EU zero stars, I would. Have been waiting well over a month for my parcel and have still not received it. Tracking says the parcel is being sent back to the sender and Morphe is crickets. On top of this, I have been lovingly asked to write a review of one of the palettes that I haven’t even received yet??? Wtaf

Have tried to contact customer service multiple times - whether through email or phone - to no avail. Hermes claim that they cannot provide assistance as it’s an international order. At this point I’ve reported Morphe EU to my bank for fraud and we’ll see if I’ll get compensated. Atrocious service.

40 days STILL HAVENT RECEIVED.

Hey, guy first of all i wanna wish you all a healthy and safe life out there!!
Now review time, EU MORPHE! I swear there Customer Services are Actually A JOKE! My order was over 200€ it got shipped in 11 days! Its now 40 days In total have not Received it WHICH IS A JOKE!! I HAVE CALLED THEM MANY TIME ON THERE CONTACT ALL I GET IS “Higher Authority Is dealing with my Order” like is it some kind Of Top Secret Parcel or something!! I emailed them plus 15 times!! First they say 20 out 9 products are now Sold out just because of there Worst Services with Extremely Late Response!! Plus, the HERMES have not updated the TRACKING LIKE ARE YOU PEOPLE NOT CONCERNED AT ALL THAT! A customer Is waiting my Fiancé Love there Product but Seriously Disappointed I LITERALLY GOT TEAR IN MY EYES ONCE THEY SAID 9 PRODUCTS ARE SOLD OUT! Because for me it hold my love one Happiness and they TREAT IT LIKE A JOKE WORST WORST!
Never Ever Buying from them, hoping to Receive it soon and will update so Be careful! There Customers Services plus/higher ups are literally Jokes.

Customer support is an actual joke

Customer support is an actual joke. The make-up is usually fine, but this time, I had an issue with an eyeshadow palette (nikita dragun palette). I have been trying to get in contact with morphe for almost 3 weeks and I have only gotten automatic responses or answers that didn't have anything to do with my email.

Still waiting

I used to order from morphe all the time and don’t remember them being particularly slow, however I ordered a gift for someone on the 13th July and only after placing the order did they email to say it could take up to 10 days to dispatch. If I had known this in advance I wouldn’t have placed the order. The persons birthday was now over a week ago and the order is still not dispatched and I haven’t had any communication regarding my order but they can email offers to me every other day

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service, ridiculously slow replies. I am still waiting for the issue with my order on the 28th of June, which never arrived to be resolved. It is almost August now. When I got a reply it was "if I could please change my address", no I don't live anywhere else, what a strange suggestion. And when you try to contact them via Facebook, you get an automatic reply to contact them via email. Yes, ANY contact would be lovely indeed. I am seriously dissapointed, and eventhough I love their make-up, this makes me never want to order there again. Would definitely not recommend.

I wouldn’t even give one star but…

I wouldn’t even give one star but unfortunately not an option to give less.
AVOID purchasing from Morphe directly at all costs!! I made an order in 3rd July. It was finally dispatched on 16th July but I’m still waiting for it. Hermes tracking states they haven’t received it so who knows where it is and when it will arrive. The customer service team have responded quickly to my emails so far however avoid answering my direct request for a refund. Needless to say I’m running out of patience. And all this for a standard delivery charge of £5!!!
I repeat, AVOID at all cost!!
