I had a very positive experience with Ethical Lettings, especially during what was quite a stressful time!

The team were incredibly supportive, understanding, and professional throughout the process.

They communicated clearly, were always helpful when I had questions, and genuinely tried to support me in the best way they could over the last few months. Their kindness and professionalism made a difficult situation much easier to manage.

I’m very grateful for the help and support I received from the whole team and truly appreciate the way they handled everything.

Ethical are definitely the best letting agent I have dealt with. I lived in a HMO through them and nothing was too much trouble when dealing with them. There were problems with some of the tenants but Ethical quickly dealt with the problems efficiently.
In my experience they went beyond there duties.

I have rented out my flat through Ethical Letting for the last year, having previously managed it directly myself. They have been brilliant! They found a suitable tenant very quickly, anything that needed sorting they checking in with me and found the appropriate expert to fix the problem. They stay in regular contact and the flat has never been kept so well. I can not recommend them highly enough.

Amazing people who work there, especially Flora, who helped me and my daughter all the way through, couldn’t ask for an amazing person or company to help me In my time of need.

To reduce homelessness by helping those who for various reasons, are unable to. Form filling can be a struggle for the traumatised. Ethical Lettings makes caring natural. I salute the founder of this company.

As a landlord and retired this was a good way for me to find an agent I can trust and feel secure with. After 2 years I have been happy with their service. The rent received isn't as great as the present market but there are no fees to pay and no voids....so far very good

Absolutely shocking company to deal with. I dealt with ethical lettings for about 4 years as they managed to shovel three large families in and out of a slum 2-bed flat above me in Godalming. Confrontational and quite remarkably unprofessional, they offer guaranteed rent by acting as a kind of middleman for problem tenants and desperate local councils. In the case of this particular flat, years of screaming, broken windows and restraining orders. I am very much looking forward to their response on here and hope it adopts the same belligerent style they use for both private email correspondence and facebook reviews (the latter sadly removed…they weren’t very positive, mostly them arguing with me)

Edit: to address to response below, the first tenant had FOUR KIDS FROM THREE DIFFERENT MOTHERS, and three of them were in the flat, 2 toddlers and a baby. This is a fantastic example of the due diligence EL does. Love the passive aggressive signoff guys at the end, stay classy.

First class customer service and a transparency you rarely get with Letting Agents. Go the extra mile to assist when things get tough for Landlords or Tenants. Superb 👍

Extremely helpful and professional organisation

I have nothing but positive things to say about the team at Ethical Lettings. Not only did they offer my partner and I a lifeline when we were experiencing serious difficulties but have since that time been kind, respectful and always willing to listen to our concerns. If we have any queries, they are answered promptly and they coordinate with the local authorities seamlessly when necessary. I consider myself lucky to have them as landlords.

I would like to express my gratitude to Ethical Lettings for their professional and caring service. During 2020 they paid exceptional attention to ensure that landlords and tenants were looked after amidst the COVID-19 pandemic and subsequent financial implications it had on the country and the world. Having Ethical Lettings taking care of our property gives me peace of mind and I can highly recommend them.
