This company is a complete joke. I have never experienced such incompetence and lack of professionalism in my life. I have wasted so much time and energy trying to get answers about my order, only to be met with vague responses and constant runaround. It is absolutely ridiculous that they have the audacity to treat their customers this way. Do not waste your time or money with this company. Stay far away and save yourself the headache.

Eternity Modern makes great products, I would really encourage others to take a look at what they have to offer. The quality of their replicas are made to last, and you can tell they will stand the test of time.

I purchased the Kaia Marble Plinth Coffee Table in Calacatta Viola. The quality of the piece is sturdy, stunning and unmatched. From ordering to scheduling delivery, the entire process was seamless. 10/10 Recommend!

Longest I've ever had to wait for anything. 30 weeks for 1 chair. Also worst customer service experience, they couldn't care less and they let you know it

This is so funny, it's either spam reviews of 5/5 or real reviews of 1/5, nothing in the middle. I am not going to buy this scam knock-off crap and get ransomed for return shipping and "re-stocking."

No EM, I am not going to take down my completely authentic review. Rather than trying to censor me, why not explain why all your reviews are either 1 or 5 and nothing in between? I have received no other communications other than TP notifying me of your response. Is your review fake, as well?

Quality was overall excellent. We were nervous to purchase upscale chairs without ever getting to experience the quality in a showroom, but we are very pleased. Everything arrived on time and it's been a top notch experience. The price was not cheap but still an excellent value for the product.

The quality and craftsmanship of my new table was stellar. I received quick and enthusiastic response to my questions. The company cares about a positive experience.

High quality, comfortable and stylish. I’m very happy with my purchase. The only less ideal experiences I had were several fabric samples being out of stock and the length of time it took to receive. But if you aren’t in a rush, it’s worth the wait. Also I really appreciated there was no new fabric scent.

Customer service was amazing with my million questions. The design and structure of the Sorianna three seater sofa is very nice quality and sturdy! I’d deff recommend the white glove service with your delivery because it’s extremely heavy. I will be ordering a lot more products very soon and can’t wait to actually use my sofa after home renovations

I ordered a table from this company in Nov 2023 and it arrived damaged - a brand new black table with multiple white chips where paint should be. I proposed to have the entire table locally varnished and asked to be reimbursed. Instead they sent me a tiny bottle of paint that did not match the table’s color. I dabbed it on and sent them a photo to show it was not a match. They sent me an email instructing me to lather it on the table. A color/texture mismatch will not be corrected by throwing more of the incorrect paint on the table, even a toddler would know this. I notified them of this and then came a litany of emails from various customer service reps asking me to fill in online forms and quoting company policy. They moved storage warehouses after I ordered which delayed my shipment and it literally came the day I was leaving for Christmas holiday. I unwrapped the day I returned and immediately photographed and sent them photos of the damage. Every company has extended holiday return windows, and I emailed them to confirm this. I have exchanged THIRTY FOUR EMAILS about paint chips on a table. I asked to speak on the phone to a supervisor, which has never resulted in a phone call, just more emails. I am now expected to come out of pocket almost $500 to return this damaged table, which they will ultimately “judge to see if it is up for standard of return.” I am sure once it reaches their HQ, I will be hit with more legal/policy language. Given their conduct so far, I have zero trust in this company. Frankly, unless you are buying something very simple, I suggest you look elsewhere. This has been a FOUR MONTH saga full of deflection, gaslighting and manipulation. I have dozens of emails to prove my experience.

I purchased a chair and footstool and I love it! The quality is amazing and the style is perfect. It's modern and the leather is soft and supple. Customer service with this company is great too. I was informed when my item had shipped and got updates on a regular basis. Delivery was on time and my chair arrived in perfect condition. I highly recommend this chair and this company!

I have never experienced such poor customer service. We ordered 3 items in November and despite the products being in stock we have yet to receive our order 3 months later. Once we started questioning the timing we got tracking numbers, but nothing has happened in 2 months. One of the items has a UPS tracking number, but we cannot get any information on why UPS hasn't picked up the package or what is causing the delay on the other 2 items being shipped via a carrier company. The customer service rep said 15 days ago that they would contact the carrier company but they have failed to give any information whatsoever. I tried calling today but I was ever more frustrated after that call.. Don't order from this website, it is not worth it!

Completely unreliable delivery. It took over 5 months to deliver and the customer service was horrendous. They barely communicate, don't show up when they say they will, and extremely hard to communicate with. They claim that want to help, ask for delivery code, say that they will bring it up to leadership, but no one ever replies back

This company is a true shame...I see why so many low reviews have been recorded. The furniture seems nice enough but customer service is horrible. There is no number that you can call to speak to someone and ask questions to so instead you are reliant on email. The email might sit for a week or better before getting a response and don't expect anything elaborate. The customer service rep will also likely respond at the end of the day right before leaving so if you have further questions, you're stuck until the next time that they feel like answering. It's a true shame of a company overall. Timber samples are unable to be provided as well for most items which really isn't helpful when you're trying to match furniture pieces and wood shades. Overall, the company seems to prioritize doing truly the bare minimum that needs to be done rather than keeping customer satisfaction as the priority. Wouldn't recommend shopping here. You can find a lot of pieces which are just as nice elsewhere and along with nice furniture, you can also find people who have a genuine interest in helping and providing high quality care for their customers. Eternity Modern is definitely not the place for that.

Great iconic piece reproduction and choice of custom fabrics. We are really enjoying our new chair. It took a bit longer than expected to receive the chair (15 weeks) but we did appreciate the email communications.

I purchased 6 executive Saarinen armchairs with wooden legs in woven Chome merit fabric and they are beautiful! But better than they look is how comfortable they are. Honestly I am so impressed with these chairs and they so smart in my dining room. The company was great to deal with and helped me with my ordering questions ( fabric durability) and they also trouble shooted delivery issues when my delivery was to arrive and I was out of the county. They were so responsive and easy to deal with. All my chairs arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. I really can’t say enough. I will be looking at purchasing other items from this website based on furniture quality and customer service.
