I ordered a £46.00 diffuser online on 18/09/26. Today is the 13/10/26 and it hasn't arrived. Turns out the company is based in China. Enough said. Tracking hasn't updated since 21/09/26 showing "We're expecting it". Don't reply to emails and never gave a refund. Had to open a dispute with PayPal to get my money back. AVOID !
I place my order on 8/19/26, I still have not received my difuser. I contacted customer service several times about tracking my shipment. They said for me to wait a little longer. After over a month, I asked for a refund and I have not heard back from customer service. They have never even offered to reship my order and have never refunded me. SCAM FRAUD

Ordered a scent diffuser a month ago, had no correspondence. Had to email them for an up date which they replied "be patient" emailed them again and now they are not replying. Awful customer service!!!

scam website beware. its based in china not usa. uses a fake address in usa. sends you Chinese goods not fit for purpose. should you try to return the product you get the same response back asking you to send goods to china.
avoid at all costs.
update 13/ 10/ 26 at no point has this company ever responded to our returns request and complaint. hence dishonest business to deal with fake address
