Do Not Buy! 30 day money back is a con

Basically con artists. I bought 3 of the plushies for our 3kg Cavapoo for £35, gave them to her and she tore the ears off them in minutes. When contacted to get my money back under the 30 day money back guarantee they offer I was told it only applies to unused unopened items! So totally worthless. Will be going through the bank to get my money back.

My husband bought two indestructible…

My husband bought two indestructible toys for our dog - she’s a Jack Russell. She had the first one - it lasted precisely 7 minutes. It’s now in bits. They aren’t cheap to buy and now completely useless. Such a shame. These toys are NOT indestructible.

Don't waste your money

Wish I'd come on here to read the reviews! Don't know why I fell for the claims that these are indestructible, the rope arms lasted about 10 minutes! Don't waste your money. They took ages to arrive too, not 5-8 business days as claimed....more like 3 weeks.

Don’t believe this companies claim.

There were only 2 reviews on here when I ordered ours and now there is 9 and they are all saying the same thing. Took weeks to deliver and they are based in China NOT the UK or Germany where they would have you believe.

Both toys given to my cockapoos and destroyed within minutes.

So DO NOT believe they are indestructible because they aren’t. I’ll stick to KONG as they last a little bit longer.

Don’t waste your £24.95 or whatever it was for 2.

Do not believe this company’s claim…

Do not believe this company’s claim that these toys are indestructible!! Even worse … their 30 day guarantee is bogus / claiming that can be returned only if sent back “unused & in the original packaging”

Don’t waste one pence on this crap !!

I placed an order on 12th June which…

I placed an order on 12th June which was confirmed and I received an email telling me my order was being got ready to ship. I would be notified when it was on its way.
Having heard nothing by 19th June I replied to the confirmation email asking what the hold up was and all I received was a blank email in reply.
There are no email or phone contacts on the website- yet they claim to have 40,000.00 satisfied customers.
With no way of contacting paw-friends I am at a loss but to say customer satisfaction is one of their priorites is laughable.

Absolute rubbish!

Absolute rubbish!
Having fallen for the impressive claims of the advert, I stupidly ordered two of these toys. My small dog destroys every toy he possesses so, although sceptical as to their durability, I was looking forward to him giving these a try.
Alarm bells started to ring when I hadn’t received as quickly as I’d expected to & when I checked the tracker the order appeared to be static in China!!
Had I known they were coming from China then I’d never have ordered them.
I sent the company two emails, to two different email addresses, but received no reply from either. In the meantime tracking disappeared!
Well, today I actually received them but before I’d even opened the packaging I knew from the weight of it that the toys weren’t going to resemble the substantial looking toys pictured in the advertisement. I wasn’t wrong!
Not only are they small & very cheap looking, I could buy a much better supermarket toy for a fiver.
Heaven knows what they’re stuffed with, so as they wouldn’t last 5 minutes in my dog’s paws, I won’t be risking it. They’re going in the bin.
This has been an expensive mistake, I should have known better.

Rip Off

Do not buy this toy if you're purchasing it because of the durability claims.
I bought two Plushies toys after reading claims that they were reinforced, anti-tear, and specifically designed for dogs who "chew, tug, and play hard". However, as soon as I opened the parcel I knew I had been duped as the toys just looked incredibly cheap, lightweight, and much smaller than the advert pics suggest. However to the (supervised) test:

...... One lasted just over an hour with my 8-month-old cockapoo before splitting open, exposing stuffing and shedding parts that immediately became a choking hazard.
The company's advertising specifically describes ordinary dog toys failing through ripped seams and exposed stuffing before claiming Plushies™ were created to solve that exact problem.
That is precisely how this toy failed.
When I complained and supplied photographic evidence, I received a generic response referring me to company procedures rather than addressing the fact that the product had failed almost immediately under normal use. After following this up I was eventually given a full refund.
In my opinion, the toy bore no resemblance to the durable product portrayed in the advertising and leads me to believe all the 5* reviews on their website are fake.

Very good

Very, very good – my dog’s had it for three weeks now and still hasn’t destroyed it. He’s having fun and it does the job. Highly recommended for the price
