Best experience for a dinner with…

Best experience for a dinner with family. I have visited the manchester branch, Service was excellent, the waiters were friendly and the food was great. Welcoming atmosphere especially The manager ( Sevket), he greets every table and check if everything is going well with a smile. Extremely recommended.

This is shocking

This is shocking because the food is tasteless and expensive. The fire dancing thing was a nice to see. Overall, good atmosphere and service from the workers, however for a table of 7 people plates did not come at the same time and we had to wait, my friend was served raw chicken and he had to wait for it to be changed while the rest were eating. But you are paying more for the look of things rather than the taste. If you are looking for a fair priced and tasty meal, this is not the place. This is the place that you visit once and you never go back. Hope you guys improve in taste and price as we all left hungry and not pleased with the taste of the food. I had better Turkish food somewhere else. Sorry for this review but I'm not going back again.

DONT go if you have allergies or intolerances DONT trust what any menu says about allergens DONT expect good service what you ask for clarification on menu items

The staff were very lovely at the beginning and made sure we was well taken care of they got us dancing around the restaurant all having an amazing time how ever the food is a different story me and my colleges when for a staff night out today I had a gluten allergy and my college has a nut allergy. They explained if it has a specific logo then it contained the allergy sound easy enough right ? Wrong one worker referred us to the online menu for that specific store and each menu had a different answer one would say an item would contain gluten and another would say it wouldn’t gluten she asked the manager who said one thing and the chef who said another no one knew what the answer was so they baught over a allergen book and it was empty they were getting more annoyed as it when on making me feel like I was being a pain when I’m allergic to something. Eventually when we worked out what I could have it came out wrong they gave multiple people the wrong order and mine had come with a garlic butter sauce all over it when I was told the sauce contained gluten so I had to have it remade. The same happened with desert and drinks

For my college they just really didn’t care she asked if an item had nuts it and their responce was “I don’t think so maybe” she ask the worker to double check and came back with a similar responce “no I don’t think so”.

For the price we paid for the food and the little amount of food we got it wasn’t worth it for my meal alone which was a steak £34 and didn’t come with any sides and what I told was a veggie side dish which alone was £7( it was achully 3 sprouts 2 carrot sticks and 3 apparatus) cost £41 it wasn’t worth it at all.

The restaurant needs to sort out their service and attitude towards counters, as I think making sure that your not going to have an allergic reaction is NOT an unreasonable thing to ask for , train their staff on their allergens and correct their online and physical menu as BOTH were wrong.
