Extremely Disappointing Experience
This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I've had with a clinic. The service I received fell far below my expectations, and I feel that the promises made during the consultation did not match the actual results.Communication after payment was poor, and getting updates or meaningful support became extremely difficult. When I raised concerns and requested a resolution, including discussing a refund, I received little to no assistance. I was left feeling ignored rather than valued as a customer.Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this clinic. I expected professionalism, transparency, and reliable customer care, but unfortunately, I experienced the opposite.

I had this treatment with Zara on Saturday and my results are amazing. My nose looks so natural and just what I wanted, if not better! Zara was so warm and friendly and took her time to talk me through the procedure. She was very caring throughout and made me feel like I was comfortable to ask as many questions as I had. She checked in with me while she was carrying out the procedure, stopping to show me what she had done to make sure I was happy, before she moved on to the next bit. I have to give one star as how I see it…
I wouldn’t normally bother writing a review but feel this is necessary so pushed myself into registering on this site.
I have to give one star as how I see it they try to sell you their services even if it isn’t right for you. Had a consultation on some troublesome skin and was told it was simply pigmentation without it really being checked properly or questions being asked. The end result was being put on treatment that wasn’t correct and now my skin is in an even worse place (not to mention the loss of money). IMO they don’t actually know what they are doing, nice staff but not suited to be offering any advice on the skin.

My experience with Este
When i saw the consultant arzo on my first visit. I was very upset and down, less confident as i had alopecia.
Arzo did my consultation and explained to me and told me what plan of action was to be taken.
I became hope full and today i have the results.
All the staff are friendly, i see irena every week she is so lovely and does her work very good takes her time.

I recently had my hair transplant at the Este Medical Group clinic in Leeds, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the initial consultation to the procedure and aftercare, everything was handled professionally.
A special thank you to MR. Emre Kafadar, who was knowledgeable, reassuring, and took the time to explain every step of the procedure. His expertise and attention to detail gave me confidence throughout the day.
The entire team was friendly, caring, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The clinic was clean, well organised, and the aftercare has been excellent.
Although it’s still early, I’m very pleased with how everything has gone so far and am looking forward to seeing the final results over the coming months. I highly recommend Este Medical Group in Leeds and would like to thank MR. Emre Kafadar and the whole team for their outstanding care.
