Scam Website

Don't reply to messages - the contact form on their website doesn't even work

Update: returns form doesn't work either. Scam website.

Update 2: after leaving this one star review (with my phone number) they rang me and offered a full refund and of course I can keep the item... opened the box and guess what?? It's the WRONG ITEM. Incredible.

Recieved damaged in badly packed parcel.

The website and ordering was easy to use and delivery arrived in good time, however, one of the items, a fridge door shelve was badly damaged beyond use. The item was just in a plastic bag in a box with a bag of hoover accessories. The items had been put in a box much too large without any protective packaging, so the the whole parcel contents were loose & knocking together, inevitably getting broken on the journey. The box arrived damaged and had been re-taped as even the packing tape was insufficient. To be honest this was most ridiculously packed parcel I have ever recieved! After getting in touch I did recieve a quick response and a refund within a few days. Happy with everything else about e-spares, just wary of ordering in the future, it's very wasteful.
Edited to say thank you to e-spares for their response, I really appreciate it.
