I ordered a bosch dishwasher spare part , delivered rapidly ( but I expect that for 6,98 € shipping fees), but delivered broken as it was shipped in a small paper envelope, totally not appropriate for such a fragile product.
There is no "chat " bot I can speak to on their site.
There is a "web form " to complain, I've tried.
So I guess I just wasted almost 40 € :

Fast delivery, though sent from the uk
Fast delivery even though the part came from the uk.
Luckily I didn't have to pay any import duty etc.
Be aware that even though you use the french site not everything is posted from France and could incur additional fees for delivery/collection.
Part was a perfect replacement and my dishwasher is now back working.

You can improve your service by…
You can improve your service by ensuring that the price you quote is the price the client pays. In both cases where I have purchased through your company, I have had to pay, in addition to the amount paid to you, TVA + La Poste handling charges. You have offered to reimburse but that does not help me since I am unable to upload the La Poste invoices and my RIB. Indeed why should I have to do this? I have no complaints as to the quality of the two articles I bought - they were exactly what I needed.
