Long shipment

The delivery to Austria took over a week. There was no tracking number available so you couldn't track your parcel.
The spare part fitted perfect.

Shipment not according to shop-information about stock

Although the shop showed "on stock" for spare-parts (flymo) the parts were not delivered immediately.
Order-Confimation: 21.08.2018
1st part delivered on 28 08 2018 + info "other part not on stock" - shop shows "on stock - short time shipment possible".
Got mail that other part was startet shipment from UK on 28 08 2018
Other part delivered on 05 09 2018:

This is not a good shop-performance

The part I ordered came all broken

The part I ordered came all broken. I sent it back two weeks ago and have not heard anything of the firm till now. Maybe it takes a little longer, but my hopes are low
