I booked and paid for flights Dublin to Las Palmas for the 10/01/23 returning 19/01/23 on the 05/10/22
I got an Invoice by return no confirmation no flight times. Invoice Number INLP/22/10/05/02052. i am awaiting confirmation.

The booking confirmation is misleading!

The booking experience was easy and clear.
Although it is somewhat confusing why when I paid for my flight it asking me the following:
"Booking status: Reserved and waiting for payment. Please pay by 24.12.2022".
This needs to be clearer as from the message it also seem like I didn't pay for the flight!

Confirmation email sent to incorrect email address- poor customer service- looking for refund.

I booked flights last night ( €814.70) on the confirmation page( final page of booking) I( ref number(xxxxxxx748) I noted that the email address was incorrect. There was a single letter missing from my email address.Apparently all correspondence regarding the booking has gone to this incorrect email address.So far I have not received any confirmation emails confirming the booked flights. I tried to contact eSky via the contact form to alert them of the incorrect email address .I have not received a reply.Infact I tried to import the booking ref number I received - but this is not recognized!!!!!! I checked my spam and junk folders and so far no reply.I also contacted my bank who said that eSky have taken my money.!!! I have been trying to contact them since - but I have not received a reply. I am very disappointed with the customer service and I have looked for a refund.I am giving ot 1 star but if I could give zero I would. I am within my rights to look for a refund as it has not been24 hours. I have also tried to contact them on Facebook.
I will keep everyone posted- hopefully I will get a favorable reply- this is no way to do business. They are impossible to contact!! I will keep posting on other sites such as site jabber, etc until I get a reply.
Update! 13/12/22
Esky contacted me via trustpilot and they also sent me an email- ( to the correct email address!!) apologizing. They have sent us our electronic tickets via email. Hopefully we will get our boarding passes too. ( but we won’t get these until 8-48 hours before the flight.) I will update again if and when this happens.

Generally good

The only bit that aleays unnerves me is when it tells you booking not fully complete, even up to days before. It has always sirted itself - but cant say I like it.

I booked a ski holiday for my son for…

I booked a ski holiday for my son for his birthday. It involves two flights from Ireland, the first with Ryanair and the second with eSky. In error I forgot to add my 4-year-old son to my flight ticket. I booked it late at night on Saturday and when I realized my error, could not sleep all night thinking about it. I rang eSky on Sunday morning 27th November, spoke to Andrei, who was extremely helpful and without any fuss, added my son to my booking. His professional and kind manner was much appreciated. Huge thank you Andrei. You were fabulous.
