The site is easy and quick to use. I would suggest changing the auto selection for Mrs/miss/ms as at the moment all women are given the title of mrs which is not correct.

Easy to use website
Easy to use website, and quoting us better prices on Ryan Air that Ryan Air themselves. whats not to like. Then mad the car rental easy as well.

No refund
I requested a refund for flights that were changed over 3 weeks ago and I have still not received my money. I have emailed them many times and their customer service has been vague and unhelpful.
My money is long overdue. It is safe to say I will not be using this company again.
They should have a more helpful, understanding customer service, and process refunds much more quickly and efficiently.
