I have reserved a flight for November to New York yesterday, It is still saying "reservation en cours" how long should it take for the reservation to be confirmed?
Moreover, why on top of the ticket cost there should be a "passenger cost"?

My flight (Order number 3187708852) was cancelled due to weather conditions and the airline issued a full refund nearly 2 MONTHS AGO. I have sent esky the confirmation of refund and MULTIPLE emails requesting a refund and received NO EXPLANATION. Absolute WORST EXPERIENCE. Avoid ESKY!!!

Flight cancelled - no reply

My flight of the 24th of July 2020 with Kenya Aiways has been cancelled, I have been advised by eSky on the 7th of June 2020 and since then I am asking for a refund but I have no reply from eSky.

Don`t ever book with eSky/eDestinos

Don`t ever book with eSky/eDestinos, there are countless cases of scam in Facebook,

eSky got my FULL REFUND from Norwegian but kept 30% of it, They scam in different fashions, please don`t book with them. I am still waiting for my full refund #orderPSZIUCS

Un service incompétent avec tromperie de l'usager et abus de confiance

Le service sur ce site de réservation est horrible.
Mon expérience personnelle : après avoir fait une réservation pour un billet d'avion, j'ai demandé à ajouter des bagages supplémentaires par email. eSky m'a répondu que la réservation se ferait à l'aéroport au moment de l'embarquement, résultat à l'aéroport : 315 euros de frais d'excédent de bagages en l'absence de pré-réservation par internet comme je l'avais demandé.
- Le forfait service qui donne l'impression de faire une affaire est une pure escroquerie : j'attends toujours le remboursement d'un billet qui date de 3 semaines (N° de réservation 5306462796) ce qui est un des avantages du service, l'ajout de bagages supplémentaires ou d'excédent à un tarif préférentiel n'existe pas (et j'ai même dû payer l'excédent de bagages.
- Évidemment aucun geste commercial malgré avoir prouvé leur responsabilité selon LEURS conditions de réservation (site esky section conditions-generales) catégorie billets d'avion, sous-catégorie « achat d'un billet d'avion », alinéa c et d.

En somme, si nous légiférions, l'entreprise serait probablement coupable de :
- Tromperie de l'utilisateur
- Abus de confiance et négligence
- Extorsion fondamentale pour un service non rendu
- Service après-vente déplorable et aucun geste commercial ni reconnaissance du tort

Affaire à éviter selon moi +++

Don't spend any money to take the insurance for anything because they are not refunding.

Cheap tickets come with a price

Cheap tickets come with a price. Esky is absolutely OK if you just buy your tickets, take the plane and arrive at destination as planned.
If you need to make ANY date modifications however, prepare yourself to receive 0 customer support and e-mails with the well known phrase "We are looking into your request and we will get back to you as soon as possible" (which is never). Long story short after one whole week of attempts to get any response from them I ended up purchasing new tickets for my trip (not from esky) for triple the price.
Edit: I tried writing a reclamation email after the events and it's been so long since I haven't gotten any return that I had forgotten.

Need to pay but no proof of our reservation !

While booking for our flight, we put our bank infos and it was said on the screen that we would be redirected to another page, which never happened. So be basically gave our bank info and never got any confirmation e-mail or any bills or anythings else but when we look up at our reservation it is said that it is in pending, waiting for our payment. Will that statut change eventually or did we gave out our bank info like that ? we don't want to lose our cash with no proof of payment but we also can't cancel our flight on the website, please help us !

Non existent flight!

Non existent flight!! My daughter and her friend were left stranded at 6:05am Gatwick airport. The flight I'd paid for to Malaga didn't exist! Airline: Wizz Air UK Flight no.: 5723 on 14th August. There was no warning from esky and they couldn't be reached. The phone number +44 74 1834 3609 given on the booking email was never answered.The message constantly said 'you've contacted us in our out of hours', regardless of when we phoned and we tried for several days at different times. There's no-one at the end of the phone - EVER. Try it and see. The Wizz desk was shut. I had to buy another two tickets at considereable expence to get my daughter and her friend to Spain. We completed the esky online complaints form and eventually someone rang my daughter in Spain saying that we would get a refund. Since then we've heard nothing and no refund!! My daughter was looking forward to going to Spain to see her friend whose mother is very ill. It created a terrible start to her holiday. Don't ask me to fill in another online form, because you know who we are and I've filled in the form about 10 times. I've gone to Trustpilot because you seem to respond to these posts and ignore your customer online communications. You need to communicate and we need a refund for the non-existent flight. I am willing to modify and update my review if you do the honest thing and give me my money back, which you've basically stolen!!

In my case everything seems to be fine: I was sent confirmation of the reservation (the next day), electronic tickets (both the flights), boarding passes (flight back).
As for my Air Baltic flight to Vilnius, esky informed me that the date was changed. I was scared of being cheated and phoned the company directly to know if it was true. It was actually true, and they found my booking, offered me the the options for the change, I didn't pay anything extra, my baggage options were exactly as I had pre-payed them with esky. But the company itself sent me the link to check-in and the boarding pass.

So, I had positive experience. But it makes me nervous to trust someone else and think "what if...?" if anything goes wrong. And I decided to buy directly from the air company next time, otherwise I am unable to relax.

On Sunday 1st we booked flights with…

On Sunday 1st we booked flights with Esky, Dublin-Alicante 25th October (Ryanair) and then Alicante-London-Dublin on 30th October. We instantly received an email to say that the Alicante-London flight was cancelled (clearly known before we booked), thus making the London-Dublin flights useless to us. Payment was withdrawn from our account, nonetheless. We have tried several times to contact you using the Esky website contact form so please do not suggest this as an option to us. Our booking reference number is 7806651741 and Booking Ref: N7K4T2/JFYLB. We have also been in touch with Ryanair, who have no booking in our name. We are greatly concerned and stressed. We need to urgently get clarity and receive a refund so we can book alternate flights.

This travel was not for tourism but for a volunteer mission.

ATTENTION!!
One of the worst companies, it has been already 2 months and no refund at all, and it is for the taxes only.
They don't answer their emails, and be careful from them- The staff is very irresponsible.
- They don't answer on phone and that is done
only for taking your money with a 3$/ minute
