Notre vol a été annulé pour cause de covid, nous avons demandé le remboursement. Esky nous a répondu être dans l attente des conditions d annulation de la compagnie, et ce depuis 3 mois, depuis impossible d avoir une réponse par mail ou tel sur l avancement de notre dossier. Bien que nous pouvons comprendre les difficultés rencontrées par ces professionnels, nous pouvons difficilement accepter le manque de solutions apportées aux clients. Nous espérons une réponse de leur part concernant un remboursement ou un avoir. Faut il vraiment en arriver au stade de la procédure judiciaire ?

Our flight was canceled due to covid, we requested reimbursement. Esky replied that we were awaiting the company's cancellation conditions, and this for 3 months, since impossible to get a response by email or such on the progress of our file. Although we can understand the difficulties encountered by these professionals, we can hardly accept the lack of solutions provided to customers. We are hoping for a response from them regarding a refund or credit. Do we really have to get to the stage of legal proceedings?

I AM STILL WAITING FOR MORE THAN 3 MONTHS... My flight was on AirCorsica, Marseille-Ajaccio, month of march, it was cancelled because of the covid. I know that Air Corsica pay the ticket back, so I want to get my refund... and still no answer from Esky. Last answer was in month of may : "Hello, we have forwarded your case to the service department. Best regards, eSky Travel."
And nothing else... Do we have to pursue Esky on European Court ? Many people in the same situation with Esky are very angry... if we act all together, we'll be strong.../ Pour ceux qui veulent agir, je sais que nous pouvons les poursuivre devant la cour de justice européenne

In violation of EU law would not give refund for cancelled flight. Tried to say they couldn't because they weren't the airline, but also that they would keep their fees regardless of any cancelations because they aren't the airline. Don't use, illegal and unethical business pratices.
In response to the reply, the EU guidelines of March 18th 2020 make very clear that while coronavirus is an exceptional situation and extra compensation is thus not due for late canceled flights, etc, the standard requirements that refunds must be offered to passengers remains, and refunds must be given within 7 days of flights being canceled if that is what passengers chose. To not offer a refund as a choice is against the law, and to repeatedly deny this is an option after a passenger says they want it is highly unethical.

Je n'ai ni recu mon billet d'avion ni la confirmation de réservation.. j'ai donc perdu mon vol. Cependant mon paiement de 190,56 euors
I booked a last minute ticket on monday for a plane on tuesday.
Never received any confirmation or my ticket.. I lost my flight and had to book an other one also in last minute.
They charge me 190, 56 euros

I did not receive an e-mail of confirmation for my booking. I have requested this several times using different fields that I have found but still have not received anything. This does not give me confidence that I will receive my boarding passes in time for the flight.

This is the worst company ever to totally ignore their customers. It is almost impossible to reach them and when you do the answer that "you have to contact customers services" comes, what do they think their customers are doing? That is what everyone tries but since they have mechanical answers everywhere noone ever gets a reply.

The worst company to book flights with. Just AVOID. Customer service ZERO. I did a mistake when I bought a ticket for my boyfriend and I have tried for weeks to get some help from them. I was once for more then 1 hr on the line trying to talk to them, I wrote them on their facebook page, i sent them pm and also I tried the contact form on their website. Nothing helped me. I needed the help of a lawyer to get my money back. After he sent them an email I got an email back from esky saying that they will refund my money and in a few days I had the money back. Just buy the tickets straight from the airline and if you need assistance they will help you. Also i can not give less then 1 star but 1 star is way too much for them, they don't deserve it.
