Booked a ticket. Flight was cancelled. No refund. According to EU law they have to refund the whole amount in 7 days. They are involved in some illigal practices. Avoid at all cost.

Although the website is very useful and convenient, there's still room for improvement. A definite con for me is that the prices of the flights didn't appear on the calendar in my first search. What I didn't like as well was the fact that the dates on which there won't be any flights weren't automatically marked in a different way. To finish my review with something positive - I really enjoyed the service which offers you cheaper flights from a near airports.

eSky has the worst customer care possible
After having booked a ticket for a Qatar Airways flight with eSky, and buying a cancellation insurance, we had to cancel the flight due to medical reasons. After a horrible time with numerous mails and complaints eSky never refunded the ticket, eventhough we were entitled to full refund with the insurance. eSky is refusing any kind of help. Don’t trust them with anything and never buy tickets with them. They are thiefs

Disappointment from the price information
I was disappointed from seeing price first 52 Euro and finally I paid 68 Euro. There is no explanation why. The information for flight price is very misleading! I wanted to use only "hand luggage" option but there is no opportunity to choose.
